"⭐️ Very disappointing stay overall. The staff came across as dismissive and rude from the moment we arrived. We stood at the front counter waiting without even being acknowledged or greeted. Customer service was lacking throughout the stay. The room was also poorly prepared — there was no shampoo or basic bathroom amenities provided, and we had to go ask for them ourselves. The pool was out of order, which was frustrating, especially since nobody informed us ahead of time or during check-in. On top of that, the staff never explained where any of the hotel amenities were located, and we were never told about the $7 breakfast special either. Communication and hospitality were seriously lacking. Overall, the experience felt unwelcoming and disorganized. I would not stay here again."

"This is my second stay here, and the same issue happened during my first stay as well. I’m satisfied with the hotel’s cleanliness and other aspects, but the sink does not drain properly. It was the same during my first stay, and it’s still happening this time. I would appreciate it if a little more attention could be given to checking these details more carefully."

"The room had alot of issues. There were spots on the bed, there was also a big spider web on the window. The TV barely worked, the bathroom lights didn't work at first. There was peeling of the shower floor. The pillows were very poor aswell. My air did not work, an associate came and checked it said they would call me with a room change and that never happened. The assocate also smelled, and it was super strong. If you want to stay somewhere with a low price and low standards this is the place. I will never give business to this horrible place."

"Staff were amazing , there was a wedding going on with loud music, they shut it down at 11pm or maybe the music was just turned down. We were on the second floor. They listen to my concerns about the music and I am sure that others had mentioned the noise as well as the hotel was booked full. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. "
