“My experience at this space was very horrible horrible horrible horrible such a big hotel but no understanding when it comes to the customer service. My experience with me and my two kids were so horrible. I book a one room with double beds and when I reached there, they told me that I have to add my kids and if I cannot pay for my kids is additional 400 and something dollars very horrible. ”

“Det var et fantastikk opphold, kanskje soverommene litt gamledags og gammel men alt var rent og aircoen var top! Fellesområde er hjemmekoselig og personalet er veldig vennlig og servise innstillt. Hotellet ligger fint til i forhold til sentrum av Parimaribo. So alt i alt et fint opphold for oss.”

“This is a beautiful little spot about a 20-minute walk from downtown Paramaribo. I also stayed downtown, and can surely say I much prefer being away from the noise and crowds of the city center. Villa Famiri is in a quiet, safe neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. You can also walk to downtown though it's not a nice walk (no sidewalks, lots of trash and standing water, lots of traffic). They have a lovely common area and pool so it's great for relaxing. The real gem……

“Kamer was schoon toen wij kwamen, maar werd niet bijgehouden, weinig keuse kwa ontbijt, persooneel beleefd, zwembad schoon, maar geheel moet echt een onderhoud hebben, en binnenkomst aanzicht bij de bar slordig en oudbollig, verder goed verbleven, wij geven 2.5 sterren ”

“The Palacio hotel was a decent 3 star hotel. The rooms were simple, but functional. The staff was friendly and breakfasts were above average. Ask for a room that doesn’t face the street because it can get a bit noisy early in the morning. ”

“Le mobilier était vétuste et abîmé. La suite sentait le renfermé, nous avons dû ouvrir toutes les fenêtres pour aérer. Nous avons dû demander après 3 jours que certaines pièces soient balayées. Pas moyen d’avoir des vêtements lavés car soit la personne en charge état trop occupée ou parce qu’une machine ne fonctionnait pas. ”

“En arrivant a la villa , le responsable qui nous a accueilli me reclame un complément de 1200e, donc 400e par nuit, pour avoir acces a l'hébergement total !!!! D'après lui la dépendance ne faisait pas partie de ma réservation !!!! Tres surprise et en colere , je me tue et j'insiste a lui expliquer que je recherchais une villa pour 8 couples et que le detail de ma réservation, precise bien cela !!!! 8 salles de bain , 8 chambres, donc toute la villa qui compte 5 chambres et la dépendance qui……

“2 dagen vervuild water met veel chloor en medicijnen uit de kraan, daarna waterfilters vervangen. Verder voldeed het hotel aan onze verwachtingen. Vriendelijk personeel. Het ontbijt is gevarieerd met de nadruk op Surinaams eten.”
