“Me and some buddies came in from out of town to see a show at Avondale Brewery! This house was a 2 minute ride from Avondale Brewery, with many others attractions in the neighborhood, and the Uber charges were exceptionally reasonable. Very nice house. Sizeable kitchen, large dinning table, plenty of seating around the table, sofa that would seat 4-5 comfortably or two people could stretch out, beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows. I would definitely consider this house for a future trip.……

“This is a property that will not work for everyone, if you are use to a luxury environment this is not it. If you want to fish, enjoy lake views, jet ski, enjoy camp fires, read, relax and do some self introspection this is it. Not a pamper yourself type of party. Now on the other hand the Host Gary is magnificent and extremely responsive 5 Stars all day, he truly cares about your stay. Goes above and beyond the call of duty!”

“Property exactly as listed. Easy to find and enter. Immaculately clean inside—decor, furnishings, and amenities all very simple—which made for a simply wonderful stay. We had everything we needed for a comfortable and restful weekend stay. Paint looked relatively new as did the window treatments. Beds were comfortable; appliances, alarm system, HVAC system all very easy to operate. Property contact responded immediately when a small issue arose and had the problem rectified in less than 15……

“Tiny home sits in a back pasture area among RV sites. No one else was there during our stay so it was very peaceful. There’s a nice wooded area with a firepit and picnic table. The home was very neat, clean, and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay.”

“We really enjoyed gathering together as a family at this property, and the host organization of this property was super helpful and accommodating!! The house was very cozy and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the park down the street and the basketball hoop for the kids to play! Grocery shopping was also super easy with the store just 4 minutes away. The only con was that I wish the carpet on the stairs was cleaned with a carpet cleaner only because we had a toddler crawling……

“The property is very spacious and well maintained. We rented the main level, which has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was great. The kitchen is huge. The views from the deck are really nice too. For part of the stay we rented a small upstairs apartment for our friends. It was so nice. The owner is very pleasant too. Overall it was an excellent stay and we would definitely stay there again.”

“Overall we liked the place, but I was a little concerned about the neighborhood. It served it's purpose for our trip though. The only thing I wasn't happy with is maintenance was scheduled during our stay and I was uncomfortable with having someone in the house with our belongings while we weren't there. It seems this could have been scheduled when someone wasn't staying at the property. Otherwise the home was lovely.”

“Great location to Barber Motorsports track ( 30 mins). Plenty of parking - we had 4 mustangs. Quiet neighbor. Within 5 mins of most Shopping needs - Santo coffee 2 min drive and GREAT!”

“We needed a place for our family get-together after we found the property that we had rented through another company to be unsafe. We were able to find this property and complete the reservation process quickly enough to get into the house the next day. It took a bit of follow up to get the address, check-in instructions, etc., but that could have been due to the extremely short notice. The property met our needs well. There are bedrooms on multiple levels of the house, so it was good to allow……

“House has everything you need plus a fenced in back yard which makes letting your dog out so easy. Heat and air work great. Slept so well in the very comfortable mattress. Very quiet neighborhood. Took my dog for a walk as wide streets have little traffic. Easy to get in touch with host or his assistant. Recommend this property.”
