「The ground of the property looks well kept however, the inside looks dark with unpleasant odor. When I rang the door bell the hosts opened the door and I didn't feel welcome. She didn't introduce herself, after a while having conversation with her I had to asked for her name. She didn't tell me where to park but she told me not to park in her parking. I left the property and didn't stay there. I went and find another bed and breakfast that I felt welcome and safe.」

Was able to switch my second night reservation from another of the owner's property back to the bnb without any problem. Quiet. Perfect place for a romantic get away, although my stay was work related, and I was a single traveler. Felt very safe as a women traveling alone. 「We needed to make an unexpected visit to the Catskills. Finding The Hidden Inn was an unexpected and delightful surprise. We were greeted by the owner who was friendly and helpful. Our room -the sunshine room - was pleasant and well appointed. Breakfast was available and easily accessible. And for hiker, the rail trail is right outside the backdoor.」

「We were a group of friends spread over a few rooms - our main purpose was to catch up, hang out together and let our kids play together. We did that and more at the cute little pool, the big yard with badminton set up! Everyone was super nice, accommodating and friendly! Highly recommended little motel. Walking distance to the Main Street for lunch, pizza take out, icecream etc!」

「It's a such a beautiful place Mainly for golf seekers. Yet u could enjoy the area around... Foot trail , lake, peace and quiet. Loved it, my friend nurse and I nurse such an escape from reality. 1000 thanks/ God bless you. There is also a great dinner/ roscoe for a breakfast/ so delicious and Italian restaurant/ dont remember the name of it. Richmond's? Beautiful stuff and very good food even though they would say we are not that fancy... lol they were fancy good. I believe resort...

「We had a wonderful stay at Phoenicia Lodge. We stayed for two nights and went hiking in the surrounding area. The lodge is in a great location—ideal if you have a car (we didn’t, but we managed just fine). Sandra was a huge help, and the welcome was fantastic. She always gave great advice and really takes good care of her guests. I highly recommend Phoenicia Lodge.」
