「I have forgotten to take back my passport during checkin. On the next day of checkout I was super panic that I have lost my passport. I searched all my luggages and could not find it. At the end I realized the receiption has kept it. I am UNSURE why they did not return the passport to me to my room. A large part of the bathroom facilities are rusted making it a bit uncomfortable. 」

「Overall, it is a very nice hotel. Like apartment, you have kitchen, bathroom, living room and so on. Not so many choices but good breakfast. It’s not safe in Calama, so it’s a good idea to choose a hotel like this with gate and security. 」

「I didn’t enjoyed my stay at Modular Express, the only thing I liked was the included breakfast and that is near the airport. Rooms are small and noisy, personal has no customer service attitude, prices are really high in their mini market and meals, and only accept card, no cash. When you go to the cafetería, there are other workers that go too, from mining companies I guess.」
