"Here’s a version that’s under Expedia’s 1,500-character limit while keeping your main points: We had a wonderful stay at Dreams Punta Mita Surf & Spa and would definitely come back! The resort is beautiful, brand new, and very well maintained. Our room was spotless every day, and housekeeping did an excellent job. There are plenty of pools, a fun water park, and slides for kids. The food was excellent with lots of variety, and no reservations were needed. Just arrive around 6:00-6:30 PM for dinner to avoid long waits.Meraki was our favorite restaurant—delicious food, excellent service, and surprisingly not crowded. El Patio and Seaside Grill were also fantastic. Shout-out to the amazing waitstaff at all three restaurants!The Kids Club team was outstanding—professional, kind, organized, and great with communication. My daughter loved every minute there. Alex, our waiter by the kids’ pool, was friendly, patient with children, and always attentive.The spa was another highlight. Daniela and Alejandro provided exceptional service, and Brenda gave an amazing massage. The spa was clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing.My only suggestions are to improve communication about entertainment, as activities weren’t clearly announced and we missed Fiesta Mexicana after it was moved. Also, after a long trip with tired kids, the check-in desk isn’t the best place to promote the timeshare presentation.Overall, this is an excellent family resort with beautiful facilities, outstanding staff!"

"El cuarto y las amenidades en general estaban bastante limpias y bonitas, el staff del lobby muy lindos pero los de los carritos de golf aveces eran un poco rudos con sus contestaciones cuando les pedías si te podían llevar algún lugar. Las albercas muy bonitas, igual que la playa. La comida tarda en salir pero está buena, no es la mejor pero está buena."

"They had great options for food places. I would recommend upgrading to premium to get to choice where you get to eat for dinner & you get to go to the private pool. The other pool was a little too crowded, didn’t go to it once. Majority of the staff speak Spanish, it was difficult to communicate at times but not a big deal! We figured it out. It’s right on the beach & got to see beautiful sunsets. Theres AC and room was spacious for two."

"Good overall experience, but specialty dining reservations need major improvement Overall, we had a good experience. Our room in the newest building was spacious, with a great view of the pool and partial ocean. However, the A/C made a loud noise during its first 20 seconds, which woke up my family at night. The buffet food was decent but average, though the weekend morning menudo and birria were surprisingly good for an all-inclusive in Nuevo Vallarta. Specialty restaurants were acceptable but not much better than the buffet. The biggest issues were the reservation system and the concierge staff. To book specialty dining, you must scan a QR code and create an account, but it only allows booking 2 days out. The platform never worked for our group of three couples (aged 35-40, all tech-savvy). We had to visit the concierge daily, where we faced bad attitudes and reluctance. It felt like they made it difficult on purpose to discourage us from using these restaurants. Fortunately, this does not reflect the rest of the staff. Waiters, bartenders, and housekeeping were incredibly friendly. Special thanks to Miguel Martínez at the buffet for his outstanding service. It is a shame that the concierge desk, which should excel in hospitality, lacked it the most."
