When I got to the other room I noticed missing bulb and glass from light fixture in shower/ toilet area which I immediately reported to front desk area- that was never addressed during my stay. 「I've stayed here three times, and had very good stays. If I have any complaints it was the slow housekeeping.」

「I had visited this hotel a few years ago. It was so much better then. Rooms and hallways cleaner and less dingy looking. Hallway and room lighting was dim. Elevator was broken and the first room they gave me was dirty with an unmade bed. I eventually got a clean room but up and down the stairs with a bas knee was not helpful」
