This charming holiday home is located in the quiet village of Poljica in Split-Dalmatia County, in the immediate vicinity of the sea, surrounded by greenery and authentic Mediterranean scenery. The house offers the perfect blend of privacy and natural beauty where you will definitely have time to relax and enjoy peace and quiet all day long.
Holiday Home MaMi offers its guests 4 spacious bedrooms, a modern kitchen, a large living room and 4 elegant bathrooms, making it ideal for families or groups of up to 10 people. With its 107 m2 of living space, it is ready to offer you everything you need to have a wonderful holiday.
A special advantage is the proximity of the sea, which is only 10 meters from the house. You just have to cross the road and you are ready to dive and explore the depths of the sea.
If you prefer to swim and sunbathe in complete privacy, there is also a 1.5-meter deep pool at your disposal, which will surely delight the youngest.
The exterior includes a terrace with the aforementioned swimming pool, a barbecue and a dining area, perfect for relaxing outdoors. You can prepare delicious traditional Dalmatian dishes on the barbecue, and delight your palate with famous top-quality wines.
Also, 3 parking spaces are available.
The location of the house provides easy access to beaches and various attractions, including the historic town of Trogir, while the peaceful surroundings offer a sense of peace and connection with nature. Trogir is home to beaches that attract tourists to this old town on the Dalmatian coast. Do not miss visiting Primošten, a beautiful small town located on the eastern coast of the Adriatic Sea, located between Šibenik and Trogir. It is known for its beauty, and attracts visitors from all over the world with its picturesque landscape and rich history. Primošten is also known as the “city of beaches”. It is surrounded on all sides by long, breathtaking sandy beaches. It is full of hidden small beaches where you can enjoy with family and friends. On the other hand, you can always opt for large sandy beaches, and two beaches stand out due to their size, namely Raduča and Mara.
