"Nous avons passé une bonne semaine dans cette location. La maison et sa terrasse sont spacieuses et situées au calme, sur une petite colline, proche de la côte en voiture. La maison est propre et la literie est confortable. Il y a la climatisation dans une chambre. L'arrivée et le départ sont vraiment facilités et la communication a toujours été fluide, très agréable, avec Maria qui reste soucieuse que tout se passe bien pour ses hôtes. Nous avons juste déploré le manque de quelques équipements et ustensiles en cuisine pour faciliter le quotidien même si nous nous sommes adaptés. Il y a peu (voir presque pas) de réseau internet sur place, ni wifi, ce qui est parfait pour des vacances déconnectées et à la fois peut-être compliqué pour certains besoins à anticiper du coup. La vue sur l’île de Tavolara en arrivant est chouette. Nous avons découvert une belle région de la Sardaigne."

"Absolutely beautiful place. The property is well maintained and very lovely. The staff are amazing especially the front desk team who were very helpful and the breakfast team who were fast, efficient and friendly. A pricey spot but very enjoyable. It is far from Olbia so need to rent a car or take taxis. Will definitely come back in the future."

"This house has a very attentive host who answered every inquiry quickly and thoroughly and gave us good suggestions when we needed them. The informational welcome packet was very helpful and detailed. A short drive from Olbia airport, the house is quite new and exceptionally clean and welcoming inside, with conveniences such as air conditioning (which we very much needed), dishwasher, clothes washer, microwave, and more. With the house sitting up on a hill, the expansive views of landscape and water were lovely, and the wrap-around verandah enabled us to enjoy it with coffee in the mornings and a drink in the evenings to watch the sun set behind it all. The pool was a beautiful and welcome retreat from the heat. We did not use the second small house. Although the house water is not potable, it was easy to buy bottled water nearby for drinking and food washing, There are many options for grocery purchases. We had a relaxing stay in the house and also in the local area since it is only a short drive to various lovely beaches, towns and restaurants on the coast."

"La vue est imprenable. La communication était bonne. Les seul b-mols c'étaient le tracas du recyclage. On a tout trié et on a voulu emmener le tout à l'endroit indiqué mais certains poubelle étaient déjà pleins à craquer et le garde ne nous a pas permis de déposer certains déchèts à cause de cela. On a dû les transportés ailleurs le jour du départ. Il faut remonter ce casse-tête aux autorités correspondantes. C'est inacceptable.Au niveau de l'appartement il y avait une télécommande de clim qui ne fonctionnait pas peut-être à cause des piles usées et je trouvais que la cuisinière à gaz était assez difficile à allumer probablement à cause de la distance avec les bouteilles de gaz et aussi parce qu'il fallait utiliser un briquet."

"We had an amazing experience from start to finish with Villa Soriana. The team was extremely helpful and responsive even before check-in, always available to answer our questions and helping us find the perfect villa for our group. Villa Soriana itself was incredible, beautiful, comfortable, and surprisingly calm despite being very close to the airport. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. The whole experience, from the villa search to checkout, was seamless and enjoyable. We would absolutely recommend Villa Soriana and would book again without hesitation!"

"Nicoletta our host was in contact with us before we arrives to explain what we should do and where to park. She met us at the car park, she was lovely and showed us around the house, told us what to do and was thoroughly great. Throughout our holiday she kept in touch to take care of any needs. The house is wonderful, we only used the top level which was spacious, well equipped the great views. the property is better in person than the pictures show. We had a glorious time and would stay again. Beaches and some restaurants ate nearby, we popped into a nearby hotel for lunch."
