「The host was terrible about communicating. It wasn't until the day I was on my way that I realized they had yet to tell me how to the property or where the room was. After messages through VRBO went ignored our transfer driver called and left a message, then called and explained that we were there waiting. It was then the host looked at the messages on VRBO and decided to reply they did not expect us for another 30 minutes so they had not cleaned the room yet. But "the girl"would give us the key...

We got lost trying to locate the VRBO and they came to help us find the location and with our luggage. As many places in Italy, there is no elevator so be prepared to go up some stairs. 「Stayed just the one night before heading to a cruise the next day. The condo was nice and clean and the contact person had great communication throughout the entire process. They were able to offer travel from the airport and to the cruise port. The beds and pillows were comfortable and similar to what I have at home, so I slept great.
