“The gentleman at the frost desk was great. He was also the bartender and cook. Good food and a decent variety of drinks available. Cozy rooms and out of town in a great area.”

“It worked for our family, but would have been better suited for a party than a vacation.The deck was filthy, the patio doors wouldn't close due to a broken hinge, lights on the porch didn't work, toilet seats were broken, bedding was threadbare, and the mattresses were old.”

“This was a great stay! What a beautiful home. It was large enough to fit our whole group with plenty of space while still maintaining cozy cabin vibes. The property is beautiful too. Suited with all the amenities we needed. Overall, the place was very clean minus minor dusting and sweeping that was missed. The beds were a little uncomfortable (hard, not enough cushion), but to be expected at a rental. This place was perfect for a fall getaway and great location for central Door County. Less than……

“Rating: 3/10Check-in was easy, and the property’s location is quiet with beautiful starry nights. Unfortunately, the home itself was in very poor condition and made our stay uncomfortable.When we arrived, the house was dusty and dirty, with hundreds of flies throughout the main floor. Many lightbulbs were out, and several lamp shades were torn or broken. The kitchen was in rough shape — the faucet barely worked, the cabinets were damaged, and most dishes and appliances needed to be cleaned……

“The place is really nice. It is a perfect fall vacation home for us. Nice view of the lake with fall foilage. Lot of space for kids to play around. The manager is easy to contact. Definitely will come back here again for another vacation!”
