“We had a wonderful stay! The host was great—very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the entire trip. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The view was beautiful and really made our stay feel special, and the location was perfect—close to everything we needed while still feeling relaxing and peaceful.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!”

“Very disappointed with our recent visit. Our encounter with office staff was not welcoming at all. An unwelcome tone no matter what the question or concern was she was rude and not accommodating at all. No sense of compassion or understanding. Our room was booked 4 months ago...never saw that the pool was closed for renovations. In person the office staff just quoted that Facebook had the update of pool closure. Searching through the Facebook page I found the pool closure (and yes 1 post..17……

“No housekeeping, water park not on property, had to carry own linen bags everyday of the week from across the street to our room. Was not ocean front, air rarely worked and it was HOT in the room. Did not see a housekeeper the whole entire time and did not have a phone to call for any type of assistance. Front desk that was located at the leg and were rude and not helpful at all. Seemed like they did not want to be bothered.”

“Property was very clean I enjoyed my stay my room was amazing I had an oceanfront view my fiance and I were there on a 4th anniversary we had a great time we're definitely be back”

“ Very responsive host. An abundance of towels. Very easy check in and out. Enjoyed the indoor and outdoor heated pools. ”

“My wife said, “It’s both the best and worst of a rental.” That’s accurate. The good: The layout, cleanliness, size, location and price were great. The bad: During checkout there was no parking as advertised and we had to use the overflow down the road. The code to the door didn’t work, but that was resolved relatively quickly. The TVs didn’t really work for different reasons. I was able to eventually fix one myself but we had to watch the World Cup in Spanish, which we don’t speak. The hot tub……

“The AC unit wouldn’t work properly. We had 3 fans going most of the time to just stay cool. The beach view was nice although it was from the side of the building. The pool was nice and the hot tubs were extremely warm. It was a nice stay. ”

“This is our 4th time staying at Roxanne Towers and we have loved it every time. This was our second time staying in this 2 bedroom condo and it has been perfect for us to enjoy the beach and boardwalk. My little one especially loves the lazy river! We will definitely book again!”

“If you are looking for a place to lay down and sleep it was fine. There was no towels in this condo for 8. Hard to keep the floors swept with a half broom and no dust pan. We couldn't put the bedding in the laundry bag because there wasnt one. There was some sheets for the spare bed but no pillow cases. Room very out dated. Pool and lazy river was dirty. Could have been because of the fire works. Would not stay here again. I will find some where else for next time”

“The area of the property is not safe at night. The parking lot was not monitored or well lit. The quality of the kitchen area, couches and bedroom were disappointing. I would not recommend. ”
