“Lynn was lovely, but the motel is poorly maintained which makes cleanliness almost impossible. Not enough dishes, silverware, etc. in the kitchen, where the sink was almost falling through the countertop. No sink drain plug which made washing dishes difficult (or be charged an extra $20). Extra pet fee of $15 per night, which I didn’t see stated anywhere before checking in. ”

“No bc it just open the last two days we was there ”

“Nobody at reception, you have to go at the Surfer next door but there is no notice”

“It was such a disappointment and absolutely disgusting. We were unable to even stay at the room and had to get another hotel due to the magnitude of how horrible it was. The toilet seat was broken, there was black mold, the stairs were broken, the beds had not been changed, the floors would turn your feet black soon as you stepped on them, part of the flooring was coming up, the ceiling in the bathroom was falling apart, the chairs were not able to be sat in. The beds had stains all on them and……

“Last minute room but was surprisingly very clean inside and very quiet despite it being spring break. The bathroom looks to just been remodeled and tub very clean. The cleaners worked very hard and I think management actually cares about their property. Can’t control the people that pay for rooms but they do control the noise and smoking thank goodness. The ice machine doesn’t work but the day I was leaving learned you can go to the desk and they will provide it. The pool was very clean and……

“The whole place was horrible. No elevator- though advertised. Very run down. Couldn't bear to stay- we walked in and walked out- and had to find another place. ”

“This was the worse beach experience ever. The room I will say was pretty decent 3 beds. Only one room had tv, fridge too small for barely anything, not enough towels and rags. We had 5 guest and only received for 3 people. The area is very loud, people on drugs, and no respect for others who are trying to rest. On top of that there was no one at desk thru the night. When it was time to check out it took 3 hrs for anyone to come to the desk. We weren’t able to go do anything when we woke to leave……
