“Rooms had a smell, was only one night or we would have asked to switch rooms.
Tried to check in at 2:30 and front staff on personal calls told us to come back at 3 was too early. Will not be back, to many other hotels in area.”

“I would not recommend staying at Bermuda Sands. Our experience was extremely disappointing from beginning to end.
The property appeared old, outdated, and poorly maintained. The overall atmosphere felt run-down and uninviting. Customer service was also lacking. The staff rarely made eye contact or seemed interested in assisting guests, and even at checkout there was little effort to engage or address concerns.

“We always love staying here. The staff is always so friendly and makes u feel like home. The rooms are always clean never find a bug either not even a hair left in the tub etc. it’s perfect size for us a family of four. Kitchen fridge beds bathroom. Three years in a row we have stayed here and will be back another year. It’s not one of the newest fanciest places but it’s down to earth and family friendly we take hospitality over fancy any day.”
