“Beautiful room overlooking the ocean.”

“Everything was good. It's located perfectly to the beach, amusement park and local stores and restaurants! I love the fact they provide towels and chairs for the beach if you should forget yours. The staff was great and the map of the property they provided was very helpful to navigate the hotel.”

“The waterpark (slides, pool, kiddie pool) area was wonderful! Very family friendly. Staff was kind. We loved the pier as well. Had a flatbread from the restaurant that was great. The only thing we noticed was the walls were thin. We could easily hear our neighbors who were not loud people. Definitely a disappointment considering how expensive it is to stay here. But overall we loved it.”

“Everything about our anniversary weekend was amazing. The hotel, the staff, the bar & restaurant, all exceptional. The reason for 3 stars is I was sold a “partial ocean view room” and I got a frosted glass slider, bolted shut, overlooking the buildings HVAC systems. I could have booked 15,000 rooms at a beachfront on the grandstand but opted for quieter and off the strip in MB. Even the front desk staff said my reservation was extremely misleading. They didn’t have another room to offer due to……

“Be careful when you book. The bldg we were in had a terrible issue with light coming in the room!! A window above the door that is not covered and very bright lights used to light up the exterior. Is shown in the room so bad we couldn't sleep. Notified the staff who said someone would come by and drop something off to block it? Never came. The.pool needs updating and our key did not work to.open the gate. Had to wait for someone to let us in. Also not easily accessible from where we were.……

“The view was very nice and we enjoyed the restaurant. The room was clean- only thing I would say is the tub was very slippery so just be careful when showering and the conditioner was empty. Staff there were all friendly; check in was a breeze and the map was very helpful. Food at the restaurant was delicious.”
