they did not come and make up the room the second day that we were there and the swimming pool was closed and we were not aware of that until we got there. The service was good. The location was fine. The room was a little dirty, overall not bad.

Jacuzzi Suite

Got the Jacuzzi Suite. It was very nice an clean just wish rhe bed was a little more comfortable since it was a suite not just a regular room.

The lobby looks just like the photo, clean and friendly. The rooms, though... whoa. We had 2 room,s and both couches were very stained, like they belonged in an outside garage. We flipped the cushions, and they were just as stained. The headboards were even stained (blood????). The fridge, microwave, and TVs didn't work. The outlets were loose, phone block wouldn't stayed plugged in to any of them. The breakfast: some packets of oatmeal, a few bananas and some coffee. Parking lot was safe and well lit. Check in / out was easy. Luckily, our group took it in good humor but we won't be back. Due to the car show this weekend, the rates were super high... very disappointed in how much we spent vs the quality we received.

We stayed here 20 years ago and the place was very nice - clean; good breakfast. Everything just seemed worn down - tears in furniture, sparse foods available for breakfast, room had stains in tub, couch, etc., floor not swept.

Furniture had stains. Shower curtain rod was splattered with paint. TV screen ratio was small. Couldn't get it to enlarge. Had to ask for face towels. But the room was clean. Sleap good. It was cheaper to stay here.

Pleasant Stay

This hotel provided basic accommodations. It’s not super fancy, and the building is a bit dated and worn. Overall I felt like the room was clean and comfortable enough. It was a fine place for me to stay.

Check in was easy and we were able to check in early, and the check out process was really easy. One of the clerks came up to test the conjoining door to make sure it couldn't be opened from the other side. It was also the perfect distance from the highway. The emergency door on the first floor stairwell was propped open with a rock for our whole stay, and there was smoke smell from it. There was mold on our air unit where the air blows out, and there was a live roach on the side of the pancake batter container in the dining room.

I've been staying here for about half a year now and my room is always clean and ready for me when I get here. There are still sections that the owners are working on fixing up, but overall it is always a nice experience here.

Comfortable beds.

It was ok for the price, no maid service, rooms appeared older & there was a strong sewer smell in the bathroom despite appearing clean.No phones or wake up service NOR alarm clock in room. But the beds were VERY comfortable. I would CONSIDER staying there again..

Ehhh

I mean if you needed a room to stay warm and dry it’s doable. The ceiling had obvious signs of damage that needs repair, the mattress was old and lumpy and you could feel and hear every spring. It’s a non smoking hotel but smells like cigarettes and weed. The continental breakfast was a couple pieces of bread, yogurt, and I think cereal, but they at least had coffee. The pool was closed. The customer service was nice. It is in need of repair and if there was another option we probably would have moved, but nevertheless it’s a place to lay your head.

Overall, a Decent Stay, but With Some Drawbacks We stayed for just one night, so our experience was limited. Initially, we were assigned a suite that had a couple of issues—there was no hot water from the sink in the washroom, and the bathtub drainage was clogged, causing water to pool. After informing the front desk, the staff was responsive and allowed us to switch to another room, which we appreciated. However, the entire property had an odd odor, and while air fresheners were used to mask it, the smell was still noticeable. The continental breakfast, which was included, was disappointing as most items were nearly out of stock when we arrived, and we had to make do with what was left. Overall, the stay was okay for one night, thanks mainly to the helpful staff, but there’s definitely room for improvement in maintenance and food service.

The room was not as it showed on the website. The rooms are very bear, and the beds are uncomfortable. Breakfast was a joke. I was very disappointed.
