“This was an amazing property to stay at. Super accommodating when we needed to extend our stay. Very clean and easy to check in and out of. They thought of everything even down to the toothpaste!”

Still owe me my refund and refuse to answer VRBO to give the okay to refund my money! This place was not clean it was very unsanitary and there were drug paraphernalia in the backyard! Towels wet and dirty on the bathroom floor and one of the bedrooms the sheets were dirty in the floor claimed that the house keeper cleaned it! The pool was disgusting!! I have videos pictures……

“We had a wonderful time in the house. House was super clean, new, big and beautiful. The only complaints we had during our stay was the pool and the neighbors. Apparently owner has been having trouble with it and it was a horrible green, swampy color the entire time we were there. Kids unfortunately didn't get to swim much it in cause it looked so gross. We had an ordeal with the neighbors one night and after many warnings to them, ended up having to call the police to have them stop with the……

“This was my second go round staying at this property. My family and I enjoyed it the first time. More so the second time with the upgrades. Being familiar with the area was a great help. “I don’t know how anyone can give this property less than 5 stars. The management company was extremely responsive and helpful. The building and apartment were immaculate. The place has everything: free parking, large gym, movie theater, golf simulator, and even a duckpin bowling alley! If I was childless and moving to New Haven, I’d consider a unit in this building. ”

The huge washing machine/dryer was great after our cross country drive. There are just a few things to be aware of: the bathroom is on the second floor. The bed we slept on was not too too comfortable (a little firm for our tastes). The single bed was very firm. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.”

“Our group loved the layout of this property and everything was very clean and tidy. We had plenty of room to spread out and the kitchen was well stocked for us to make our meals! The host is very accommodating and responsive as well! A couple things as a heads up for future bookers: - the room with the single bed and little yellow couch is actually attached to the main bedroom. It’s hard to tell in the listing imo. - the other thing I would be aware of is the neighbors do not want VRBOs in……
