Fenster von Küche und Schlafzimmer gehen zur Hintertreppe raus, weshalb ab und zu jemand vorbei geht. Die Vermieterin Amy wohnt darüber und ist sehr hilfsbereit - auch wenn irgendwas nicht funktioniert: Innerhalb weniger Stunden wurde die defekte Mikrowelle ausgetauscht. "I stayed at this property for 1.5 months and had a wonderful time. Great neighborhood, property listing was accurate, the host was responsive and helpful and the apartment had everything I needed. The street was quiet, the only complaint I can say is that you can hear the upstairs neighbors and people inside the building from the apartment. Overall, would definitely recommend and would stay again. "

"I stayed at Brian’s place in the Mission for nine weeks and it was perfect. There are lots of great restaurants and shops on Valencia. Easy and safe to talk to and from the train that’s just a few blocks away. The property itself is fairly spacious, well equipped, and very clean. Brian was very prompt in his responses to any inquiry I had. At one point there was an issue with the dryer and he had someone out to fix it the very next day. I would definitely stay here again in the future!"

"I didn’t get check in information until I landed and had to head to the place. In the checkin information the owner informed us that they own the bar below and it can get loud so has placed ear plugs in the room. If I had known this info earlier I would not have booked. We had several nights of the worst sleep of my life. Besides that the location was good and the host amicable."
