“We really enjoyed the great location of this unit. We were right in the middle of heavenly village and able to enjoy multiple restaurants, live music, and family activities all without having to load the kids up in a car. The room overlooked the pool which was nice as well. The resort itself really caters to families with multiple family friendly activities planned each day and different fun pool side snacks (popcorn, cotton candy, popsicles etc). “Clean and easy check in process!”

“The first thing we said when we opened the door is “wow”. It’s so big and spacious. Full kitchen plus a washing machine and dryer. 2 full bathrooms!! And the location was perfect. Central to everything from shops to snowboarding. The timeshare owner was amazing and such great communication.”

“Took my wife and son for 3 nights, was a perfect spot for us. Right by the gondola and all the Heavenly restaurants. The residence itself has plenty of space for us and a fully equipped kitchen which was very handy. Highly recommend”

“We returned to The Ridge for our second stay in Ackerman's accommodations. This was during the crazy weather in March. I was nervous driving up, but once we made it it felt like returning to a familiar haven. We were welcomed back and sent directly to our one bedroom unit. This is not a studio unit, there is a separate bedroom along with a full kitchen that has everything you need to make meals in, if you choose. With the weather the way it was, I stocked up on essentials in case I didn't feel……

“We enjoyed a 5 night family ski trip to Heavenly bases from the property. Well located, equipped and comfortable. Nice hotel kind of amenities within steps of the gondola and “village”. The property owner was very responsive.”

It is very close to Boulder Lodge, and Stagecoach is right next door! We love it at the Ridge, with the Ackerman's as host!”

“Unit was fine. Very drafty. Salt all over areas that were covered so would end up in unit and all over gear. Biggest issues was hot tubs were not maintained. Called 3 x. Nothing done. Murky nasty water bound to get people sick. I have pictures.”

“everything very old，and according to our reservation，they should charge our property fee for $114 for two rooms and two nights，but they charged us $134，we have nowhere to go to find any staff to make adjustment as all checking has to be done by machine，do not recommend.”

“Beautiful Lakefront Escape for a Large Family Gathering. My family of 9 adults and 1 toddler stayed at House of the Stars over the holidays to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday. The host was extremely accommodating, allowing us an early check-in so we could settle in before the celebrations began. The home was immaculately kept and had everything we needed to feel comfortable as a large group. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the pots, pans and appliances necessary to cook multiple meals……
