“We stayed here for a group family vacation with some friends. The property was beautiful and incredibly clean. Clean enough for two newly mobile infants to crawl around without too much worry! The host was very accommodating and we loved the cabin. It was perfect for a group. The lake is gorgeous! A perfect getaway”

“Fabulous location within a 2 minute walk to lake for swimming and other water activities. 5 minute drive to quaint downtown Sunapee and 5 minutes to Sunapee mountain! We were in the area for a wedding and our family of 6 fit comfortably into the cozy cabin with an expansive screen porch and comfortable couch seating for all. Made s’mores in outdoor fire pit and listened to loons calling on the lake. Weather wasn’t great but we still had fun and wished we could stay a week. Wonderfully responsive……

“Off the beaten path, this cabin offered a cool and quiet respite from the summer heat. “We stayed in this really nice cabin for 3 days and it was great. The cabin looks relatively new, so everything was pristine. The bedrooms were comfortable and a good size. The kitchen was stocked well and very functional. We really enjoyed the game room above the garage. The location was great. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely. It's very close to the southern end of Lake and Mt. Sunapee, so lots of outdoor activities. This would be a place we would return to.”

“The house was super convenient to Mount Sunapee and Newport is a really nice town. There were two families staying at the house with kids ranging from 11 years old to 1 year old. Everyone was very comfortable and we all had a lot of fun. I highly recommend staying there.”

“This was a perfect place to stay with several coworkers, as we conducted research on a nearby lake. Straightforward check-in and plenty of space for us to spread out. It is down a long dirt road (which is in great condition - very smooth and fine for all types of vehicles in summer), so feels quite remote despite having plenty of neighbors nearby. Quiet and comfy.”

“I cannot say enough about this property. I love it enough to buy it, so that says a lot. I stayed with my 3 kids. We fished, kayaked, and swam for the weekend. “Great spot on Chalk Pond! Nice spacious home with plenty of bedrooms. Beautiful view of the pond. Easy to get into the water for swimming or boating or bob paddle boarding .
