“Property is listed as new, its anything but that. Everything is from scratch and dent places,bedding was so nasty and contacted host, who told me to contact vrbo. That was a disaster, they gave us back 65 cleaning fee. Wasn't even a place to wash the bed sheets at. Save your money and book a nicer place. Don't even get me started on the parking situation in this area, drive around for an hour before we could find a spot to park. Bedroom doors dont shut or lock, my kids put a chair and broom up……

“This row house was perfect for our stay in Philly. Everything was straight forward and clear, in terms of checkin - we had no problem finding the property and getting settled. There were plenty of extra sheets and pillows. The second bedroom contains a pullout futon that takes up most of the space; and there's a third floor with a very comfy couch and alot more space. We had a couple of great meals at the nearby Front Street Cafe; and ordered yummy pizza via Uber Eats for dinner one evening.……

“The place was very clean. They supplied the little extras you always need. I would however explain how to use the lock better it took me a while to figure out how to lock it when leaving. It was a good stay however and very close to the venue we were there for.”

“The enjoyed pink theme, but it needs more maintenance and cleaning done. We expected the pool in the back but it was one. The rug and chair cover should be replaced in my opinion. But overall I would still recommend. 👍”
