“Most of the staff is good and friendly, but one lady staff at reception seemed to be racism, friendly to others, but not to Asian people. One matress in our room was damaged, too soft, not firm enough, realized this problem after 3 nights sleep wake up with painful back, reported to the hotel and they said they changed the matress while we were out, but still not so comfortable matress. Overall this is a good hotel.”

“Noch kein Pool vorhanden, auch kein Fitnesscenter! Das Frühstücksbuffet gab es nur dann, wenn genug Gäste im Hotel waren. Die Internet-Geschwindigkeit bei Buchung war mit über 250mbit/s angegeben, ich erreichte meistens nur 70-80mbit/s. Personal war wirklich top, bis auf eine Einzige Person. Diese war sehr damit beschäftigt zu Lügen, um jemanden zu beruhigen. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer-Upgrade wegen einer nicht funktionierenden Waschmaschine. Das war wirklich Top.”

“Good size clean room. Only spent a night. We paid a airport shuttle during booking and worked out very well. Only drawback is the loud noise from the airplanes that woke us up several times.”

“Expensive but worth it ”

“Hotel was well maintained and room was clean and well equipped. Staff we’re helpful and pleasant to deal with. Location is in a nice area, but a good 30 minutes walk to the Kadikoy and Moda market and restaurants.”

“This was our third time at the hotel, I highly recommended for short stay since near the airport so you rich it with public transportation with reasonable price! Very friendly staff, decent breakfast, and clean room. Lastly, worth the price 👌”
