"An unexpected upgrade was a delight. The room was amazing. Wall length desk. Couch and chairs. Refrigerator. Large video screen. Jacuzzi!! Walk in shower. Temperature control kept the room at selected ambiance by Bluetooth! Tech was great. Had dinner and was impressed with the kind service. No wine, so we went across the street to a beat western restaurant. They arranged transfer from airport and back again. Nice!"

Fatma was very kind and did her best to help me at my arrival because concierge staff was not able to be at their desk."

"Great Hotel, nice a clean...the elevators felt a bit sketchy, not smooth. Staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Cafe in the Lobby had nice selection and quality. We would stay here again. (party of 6 adults in 1x quad room & 1x standard room, over-night layover)."
