Great find by the river out of the centre of Dalyan but still walkable. Great pool and kids loved feeding the turtles in the river over breakfast. Rooms a little tired as others have mentioned but knew this when booking.

The outside area is clean and inviting, however the room I had was very shabby with fittings coming loose, a window that wouldn't close and old marked bedside cabinet (the only furniture). Also it is 10 euro a day extra to use the Aircon. On the positive side - beautiful location next to the delta and a short walk into town.

A hard to beat location!

We had 3 rooms, all together so that was nice. The room i was in was a bit dark and dingy and lacked power outlets. One of our rooms had a lovely view of the pool, garden and the mountain across the river. Unfortunately there were a couple of dead bugs to deal with in the bathroom and we never had any housekeeping visit over the 3 days we stayed. Fortunately though the staff we met were all top drawer and friendly. The restaurant is located right on the river and we had loads of visits from turtles, fish, birds and passing boats to see. Drinks are a little expensive compared to the town centre but overall I would say it was worth it.

Love this place

Lovely hotel and location, Short flat walk by the river into town past several riverside restaurants . Breakfast was excellent.We saw turtles from the restaurant between 9 and 10am.They will eat a little cheese but not bread. Drinks and food prices here were a bit higher than some places. Half board was a reasonable option and they were flexible if you wanted lunch instead of dinner and also would provide a vegetarian option . Otherwise it is just one choice like soup, fish , desert. Personally we opted for bed and breakfast and ate out most days. Breakfast was excellent as were the staff. Beer was £4. Per 50cl bottle Efes, in town could get at nearer £2. (Oct2024) Rampant inflation in Turkey .

A lovely hotel on the riverside, unbeatable location. Rooms are small and basic, but great ac, good shower and small though functional fridge. Evening meals are a set menu 3 courses without a drink. Overall excellent value for money and would recommend for a thoroughly relaxing holiday in beautiful natural surroundings.

Ok but needs improvement

It was a bit below my expectations considering what we paid. It looked much nicer in the photos. There was no shower cabin or curtains so basically you're showering right beside the toilet seat. Shampoos etc were very cheap stuff. The open buffet breakfast was fine but the juice and coffee were really bad. Location was excellent and overall it was quiet at night. Best thing about the place is the turtles in the canal popping up when you sit at the restaurant.

Yenilenmiş odalar çok hoşumuza gitti. Her şey (mobilyalar, banyo ürünleri) çok kaliteliydi. Odada ben en az 10 priz saydım. Bu ayrıntı da güzeldi bence. Havlular, yatak tertemizdi. Kahvaltı bence çok yeterliydi. Personel çok nazik ve ilgiliydi. Nehir kenarı olduğu için açık alanda sivrisinek olabiliyor ama odamızda hiç sinek yoktu, yalıtımı güzel yapmışlar. Daha ne olsun, teşekkürler.

Hotel odaları çok eski, banyolar berbat, oda kapısı 5 cm aralık, altindan sivrisinekler girdiği için havlu tıkamak zorunda kaldık. Kliması yeni, yataklar kısa süreli kullanım için uygun. Odalarda tv yok. Girişte sadece anahtarı verip, hiçbir bilgilendirme yapmadılar. Kahvaltı kötü, fiyatlar yüksek, sezonda ne kazanırsak kardır, mantığı var. Bununla birlikte konumu çok iyi ama maalesef hotel işletmeciliğini bilmiyorlar.

Fiyat performans olarak dahi oldukça kötü bir tesis. Nehir kenarı aydınlık ama bu otelin olduğu alan karanlık, ışıklandırmamışlar. Otel 30 yıllık binalardan oluşuyor. Odalar, mobilyalar eski püskü, kırık dökük, banyo pis. Tek sağlam şey klima, bir tek onu yeni almışlar.Tüplü tv bile yok. Otele hiçbir yatırım yapılmamış. Tek güzel şey bahçedeki çiçekli ağaçlar ve odaların gölgede kalması. Az ötede belediyenin kafesinde bir tane sivrisinek yok otelin bahçesi ve nehir kenarındaki alanı sivrisinekten geçilmiyor, rica ettik bir tane sinkov haşere koruyucu sprey getirdiler, 2-3 dakika içinde geri istediler, sinek için hiçbir önlem alınmamış. Havuz konusuna girmiyorum bile leş gibi. Kahvaltı, çay berbat. Resepsiyon ve otel müdürü snob, iki üç stajyer çocuğu her işe koşturuyorlar. İşletme kötü.

Keyifli bir tatildi. Personel çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcı. Kahvaltı ve akşam yemeklerini dalyan kıyısında yeme imkanı var. Sabahları mutlaka kaplumbağalar geliyor. Sadece akşam yemeklerinde seçmeli düzene geçilirse daha iyi olabilir ancak yemeklerin gayet lezzetli olduğunu da belirtmek gerekir.
