Enjoyable stay, amazing views but….

We enjoyed our stay as the site is in a lovely position on the hillside with a beautiful pool and views. A regular free mini bus takes you down to the town if you want to go and the staff on the whole are very helpful. Unfortunately the accommodation is overdue a refit we had two maintenance issues in four days, dealt with efficiently by helpful staff, but still annoying. The kitchen was not well equipped and the cleaning of the apartments needs improving, whilst top sheets were sparkling clean the mattress protector underneath was stained and had seen better days as was a duvet I found in the cupboard. Many kitchen items required wiping or washing before use. Such a shame as the site has such potential. We would return for a couple of days stay to enjoy the views but would stay half board rather than trying to use the kitchen for anything other than coffee!

It’s nothing like the photos online. The wifi doesn’t work You need to go to the reception area for the internet. The rooms amd the bathroom were unsatisfactory. The first room that they gave us had really bad odour we couldn’t stay so they changed it. Originally it was booked for 2 nights but we left the property the next day

Nice location, the pool is great, but other than that I can’t give 4 stars to it, on the first day I found a scorpion and asked the employee to clean the room and spray insecticides but no one answered my request, they said we will but no one came for that. Cleaners are friendly but can’t He did something to put medicine in the room to avoid the presence of other animals, the air-conditioner was only in the bedroom but that didn't bother me. I don't think I'd go back and see a scorpion in my kids' room.

The only place we disliked out of all our stays

The ACs did not work, it took them 2 hours to finally agree to switch our rooms even tho they had one available. The rooms (both the one we left and the one we moved to) smelled like sewerage. The showers are tiny and outdated. The staff tells you they will call you back in 2 min but never call, which we came to understand is because the manager was “too busy” to answer her employees. Overall a bad experience that ruined our day, we checked out after one night and are waiting for a refund on the remaining night.

Rezervasyon sitelerinde kahvaltı dahil secseniz bile kahvaltı hariç çıkıyor. Tesis odaları güzel temiz ancak denize çok uzak. Manzara mükemmel, havuz sevenler için güzel ancak deniz sevenler için çok kötü bir seçim. Çalışanlar fazlaca alman kültürü almışlar. Daha önce başka bir ilçede pansiyon da kalmıştık. Pansiyon daha keyifli geldi.

Kahvaltı dahil/hariç ile ilgili rezervasyon anında hiç bir bilgiye ver verilmemesi olumsuzdu. Havuz küçüktü, buna karşı çok kalabalıktı. otelin deniz imkanı sunmaması memnuniyetimi biraz olumsuz etkiledi. Anlaşmalı bir plaj organize edilebilirdi. Otelin doğayla uyumu, odaların genişliği ve içeriği gayet iyiydi.

Yarım pansiyon bir otel apart otel gibi işletilmemeli resepsiyon gözden geçirilmeli misafire yaklaşım daha ılımlı olmalı ve sorun çözme odaklı çalışan kadrosu tercih edilmeli. Genellikle güler yüzlü karşılandık ama sorun çıkınca müşteri her zaman haksızdır pozisyonuna düştük. Nisan ayında erken rezervasyon yaptık fakat bize sadece konaklama satın aldığımız bilgisi verilmedi otelden özellikle arayıp teyit alarak rezervasyonunuzu yarım pansiyon ayarladığımızı sanarken sadece konaklama sürprizi ile karşılaştık.
