“The hotel is super convenient for Disney and we simply used Uber to get to/from the parks which arrived in a few mins and was a 10min journey. The rooms were well decorated, clean and plenty space for using for a short time each day. Our room was next to the stairs which had a noisy slamming door but this wasn't the hotels issue and we didn't complain at the time as we couldn't be bothered moving rooms with two youngsters! We'd absolutely stay again and reception staff were very approachable!”

“Unfassbar”

Our daughter was delighted to find free sweets available for children. The family room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. One of the……

The check-in process took an unreasonable amount of time because the staff focused heavily on training a new employee while completely ignoring the long wait time for guests. It felt very unprofessional and disrespectful of customers’ time. The room itself had multiple serious issues. The air conditioning was not working at all. When I reported it to reception,……

“Nice stay, clean & warm. walking distance to underground with Chinese/Thai & Japanese restaurant. Didn't stay for long and would love to stay longer next time to explore more of the area. One stop away from big department store and outlet, close to Disney too!”
