Super nice people. No problem with English either since I don't speak Italian. Very friendly and helpful. Mondolfo area is wonderful in spring!

The property was immaculate and is a beautiful setting with well maintained grounds, fruit trees and privacy. The pool was used daily and is kept clean. The property sits atop a hill which is walkable to the market and Fano, however, if navigating it frequently, I would recommend renting a car. We ...
