Our room overlooked the roof of a nearby building, where a large air-conditioning unit ran continuously, making it difficult to sleep. The room also had no carpet, and the floor felt dirty and gritty underfoot. Finally, the toiletries provided were insufficient for a two-night stay. We received only one tiny bottle of shampoo and two tiny bottles of conditioner, with no additional toiletries...
