"The Riad was exquisite. As soon as we entered the Riad, we were treated like royalty. The place was extremely clean, the room was beautifully decorated, luxurious linens and was very comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and respectful! They greeted us with tea, assisted us with luggage, helped us with booking the Spa and arranged the transfer to the airport. Breakfast was scrumptious and had lots of variety. Overall we had an amazing experience. Highly recommend it!"

"Excellent safe hotel with high standards. Only thing to mention were a couple of the reception staff at the Spa and at the Asian restaurant who were a bit unprofessional but the rest amazing. I would also like to praise the reception staff and the amazing concierge team who did everything for our stay to be perfect "

The location is perfect—right in the heart of the Medina, yet peaceful, safe, and easy to access. Everything you need, from restaurants and shops to tours and attractions, is just steps away. The staff were truly amazing: warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and safe, which made all the difference when travelling alone. The riad itself is beautiful, clean, and full of charm. I felt completely at ease throughout my stay and would absolutely return on my next trip to Marrakesh. "Riad Jona is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Mohammedsur (if I spelled it correctly) was amazing. I forgot the name from the Desk of our arrival. He was so welcoming. For our check out, Mohammed was knowledgeable and helpful for my queries. Keep it up guys! The location suits our needs: restaurants, shops bus...everything. The room and toilet was pleasantly clean! I am very keen when it comes to sheets, it was neatly clean and fresh! The ambience is aesthetically designed! I wish there will be early breakfast upon request for other guests that has early flight. However, for the whole experience, it was perfection! We will definitely come back! SHUKRAN BEZAF!"
