"We had a great stay overall. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness mainly because of the size of the resort and the amount of people visiting daily. The staff were constantly cleaning and working around the clock, but guests can quickly make areas messy again. The only downside was the extra charges for early check-in and late check-out, which felt a bit steep, especially considering the standard check-in time is quite late at 3:00 pm and many travellers arrive on early flights. On the positive side, the evening and daytime entertainment were excellent, the grounds are beautiful, and the spa was lovely. The food was okay overall, but the fresh hot food was brilliant. The shuttle service to the square was also a really useful bonus."

"A totally charming and very well presented Riad with extremely helpful and attentive staff. The facilities were very well maintained and everything in very good working order. Super centrally located for access to the Medina and the numerous places of interest."

"Nunca sirvió el A/C, el Hamman y masaje qué pagamos no fueron buenos y La habitación tenía un olor extraño. Bien ubicado en medina aunque los taxis no llegan al hotel, hay que caminar como 100mts. La piscina bien al igual que el desayuno"

"As a cyclist kenzi rose garden was ideally located to access all the routes going south. The restaurants and buffet were excellent that there really was no need to eat outside. Hotel needs to do something about people who lack discipline at a buffet. I get upset seeing people piling their plates, taking a nibble at one thing, and discarding the rest."

"Property was clean , rooms very big and spacious, the pool is lovely as it has areas for the kids and the entertainment team are super fantastic at keeping everyone enjoying their stay all day. Restaurant staff are really great at customer service, food could have a bit more variety but ok . Overall all the staff made the stay a great one, definitely going back."
