“We paid for a superior room to have a balcony. Our room was tiny with no balcony (when you opened the wardrobe doors they touched the bed). We should have had a mini bar. No mini bar or balcony. When we spoke to the manager we’re told they have 3 superior rooms and we had 1, only 1 has a balcony and you have to email to request it. But we paid the same and got a standard room. Lovely to have the rooftop pool but very few beds so you were lucky to get one and in October the pool, although……
