In the middle of the the exclusive "palmaraie" area,with a beautiful view of the High Atlas Mountains,modern villa of maroccan architecture in residential setting with an open -air swimming pool, tenniscourt, and 24 hour security.Recently built and renovated, free-standing in a small and very calm residential compound with a well cared flower garden set amongst palm trees.

Amazing time

Bernard’s place is a lovely villa tucked in quiet green residence. We had an amazing time there will surely book again next time. Leila is a lovely cook, did everything we asked of her, Thank you very much. And Aziz the driver was ever so helpful, took us wherever we needed to go. As a family it was ideal in terms of security, somewhere for the kids to play and take long walks. All round 5 stars

Family holiday

A beautiful villa set in a picturesque surroundings with a swimming pool and a tennis court. My family and I had the most wonderful 8 days staying at this property. The owner of this property arranged for a cook and a driver which was enormously helpful as the villa is slightly tucked away from the bustling city centre. We took advantage of the driver to take us around Morocco and show us the beautiful countrysides. Thank you for your hospitality!

A fabulous and relaxing break with friends

Wow! I booked nine nights in the Villa Yasmina as a christmas gift for my partner who's last visit to Marrakech was 30 years ago. We mentioned to our friends that we were going to be spending Christmas in Marrakech and that we had a bedroom spare... The four of us had a fabulous time exploring magical Marrakech and the surrounding area. We loved coming home to meals prepared by the lovely Leila and the calmness that the villa provides. We enjoyed bike rides around the palmeraie and the neighbouring properties are amazing with the most incredible gardens. Said took us on some amazing day trips and a highlight of our holiday was Christmas dinner in a palace not far from the villa. The villa itself is perfect and we loved our bedroom which had a lovely terrace, perfect for an early morning yoga session. Francoise, the owner was very helpful and had left a folder with ideas of things to do and recommended restaurants. We all had a fabulous time and hope to return next year, ʾIn shāʾ Allāh. Merci encore to Francoise, Said and Leila for making our holiday one that we will never forget.

Très belle vacances avec nos 2 adolescents et une amie , dans un cadre enchanteur et calme ! Belle maison spacieuse et confortable. Très grande piscine partagée mais sans trop de monde ...et pour nous seul le matin entre 7 et 9h30 et le soir à partir de 19h 30 . Accueil extrêmement chaleureux du chauffeur Saïd que nous conseillons pour de belles excursions à la journée ! Et enfin ...ne vous privez surtout pas de la présence discrète de Laïla qui nous a régalé du matin au soir de ses crêpes, tajine , couscous , et salades Marocaine en tous genres !! De vrais vacances reposantes !! Enfin, un grand merci à Mr et Mme Kolb toujours prêts à répondre à nos questions !! Villa à recommander sans modération !!! Virginie et Christophe

Presque très bien

Très belle maison, spacieuse, et joliment décorée. Endroit très calme et verdoyant. Leila ,la cuisinière, est très sympa et à l'écoute. Ne pas hésiter. Seul bémol lors de notre séjour, la piscine, qui pour un problème technique, n'était pas en eau...Notre critère principal de location était justement d'avoir un point d'eau pour les enfants. Et nous avons découvert cela seulement à notre arrivée... Petit dédommagement par les propriétaires , qui n' a cependant pas compensé notre immense déception.

An oasis of tranquillity

We had a great Christmas holiday. The villa is welcoming, cosy and relaxing. Leyla was very nice and cooked delicious meals for us all the time and Zackary/Said, the taxi drivers, were very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend it...especially if you have young children, as it's not much to do in Marrakesh for them, but they loved the villa and played football in the garden all day. Thank you Bernard and Francoise for organizing every thing. We will come again 😍

Endroit magnifique et paisible pour des vacances reposantes

Les palmeraies constituent un endroit idéal pour se reposer . La villa dispose de tous les conforts pour profiter pleinement de ses vacances. La verdure le calme les bons petits plats de Leila y sont aussi pour beaucoup. En gros une semaine magnifique à recommander sans hésiter !

Une réservation qu'il faut prévilegier.

Lorsque vous consultez les appréciations sur une location vous vous posez toujours la question de la véracité des témoignages. Dans le cas présent nous pouvons dire qu'ils ne sont pas dithyrambiques et qu'ils correspondent à la réalité. La résidence Yasmida est un havre de tranquillité dans un quartier résidentiel à la sortie de Marrakech sur le route de Fes. Comme l'ont indiqué les autres locataires cette location offre tout le confort. Normal, Françoise et Bernard mettent à votre disposition leur propre maison lorsqu'ils séjournent en France. Vous disposez à la fois du décors, de la qualité des équipements, de celle de la literie ..... À l'évidence ils sont très intégrés au sein des autochtones. Ne soyez donc pas étonnés qu'ils vous proposent les services de leur chauffeur de taxi, de leur guide dans l'atlas. N'hésitez pas cela vous simplifiera la vie. N'hésitez pas, non plus, à faire appel à Leila, leur cuisinière, elle peut vous accompagner pour faire vos achats et sa cuisine est à ravir. Pour résumer vous pouvez choisir cette résidence sans aucune inquiétude. À conseiller sans arrière pensée. Bon séjour.

Villa idéale pour accueillir une famille de six personnes. Maison très bien décorée avec toutes les commodités. Contact très agréable avec le propriétaire. La maison correspond exactement à mon attente et je la recommande vivement. Lors d'un prochain séjour, j'aimerai y revenir.
