"First of all it was absolutely beautiful… second the staff went about and beyond to make life better for you … they always greeted you with a smile …. Third it was so close to many great restaurants and sites….but on the bad side you couldn’t sit in your room comfortably, no drawers to put your clothes in so you literally lived out of your suitcase …. To get laundry done you had to bring it down the street and have it done … the restaurant was disappointing as in the evening you could see the food in front of you … I used my cell phone the two times I ate at the restaurant… we asked for hot water for our room to make decaf coffee and the manager was extremely rude and said no they sell tea and coffee …. But the kind waiter brought it up to us … he could have been mi see about it ….the breakfast buffet was delicious and always changing …after three weeks of staying there we never got tired of it ….if it wasn’t for the amazing staff and their kind smiles I would return because of the restaurant manager( he was shorter and arrogant) so you know who talking about"

"Simply exceptional experience at the Riad Monceau. From outstanding hospitality and incredible service to gorgeous amenities and surroundings, delicious food, amazing vibe and great jazz. Can’t say enough good things about this beautiful Riad in the heart of the Marrakech Medina. We loved our stay here and would come back in a heartbeat!"

"The Riad has classic Moroccan charm and style on a quiet side street in the old Medina and five min walk to the main square. Staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. Rooftop area was an oasis from the busy streets and traditional Moroccan Hammam in their on site Spa was fantastic. Would definitely stay again."

"What a wonderful place to stay while we explored the city. The staff are very kind, attentive and helpful. The riad is beautiful, and the rooftop breakfast area is the perfect way to start the day (don't forget to feed the little cat who stays up there ;))."
