"The room was not ready when we arrived, so we were moved to another unit with no internet or hot water, and we were told not to unpack as we were going to be sent back to our original house the next day. The room we had booked had no hair dryer, iron, ect and we had to ask for everything from the owner. Old and broken furniture. There was also a language barrier with the owner. But it was a safe and nice environent and the pools were also really nice and clean. "

"I stayed at this resort a few years ago and we had a good experience so We decided to stay again this time but didn’t enjoy our stay as much. The room we got was on the ground floor. We had too many bugs in our room. A huge spider too. The bathroom sink was blocked. The toilet seat was leaking the entire time we stayed and there was water everywhere. The weather was 100F and our room AC barely worked. Our baby was sweating in the middle of the night and we called maintenance to come and take a look at it. He washed the filters and it worked a little better than before. Overall, we didn’t enjoy our stay this time and will not be returning again."

"I would have to say I was a bit disappointed. Staying at a CR7 property, I expected more from the property itself — not the staff, who were excellent throughout my stay. Below is a quick recap of the pros and cons. Pros: • Great location in an upscale neighborhood • Staff was welcoming, attentive, and professional • Spacious rooms • Comfortable beds and pillows • Great restaurants and cafés nearby — Café % Arabica was my favorite • Pool area was nice and well maintained Cons: • Pool closes early at 6:30 PM • The property itself did not feel particularly well maintained. At times, it felt more like a Vegas-style property — more hype than attention to guest experience and details • Only one small trash can in the room • Food and drinks were a bit overpriced for the quality • Shampoo and body wash were below average • Limited in-room TV entertainment. No movie app options if you want to relax in during the morning or evening"

"The property is beautifully kept, and the three swimming pools and restaurants give a classy appearance. The guest services people at the reception need customer care training. While Moroccans are generally welcoming people, the front desk guys do not reflect that. The manager, a tall lady, was professional and keen on helping guests. Servers at the restaurant were great. Sallah stands out!"

"This riad was a complete gem within the Medina! The staff was over the top wonderful (shoutout to Said who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome). The included breakfast is wonderful, the location is great because it is slightly more quiet while still being right in the middle of things. Highly recommend."
