「One time stay. Excellent property better in evening and night」

「Beautiful room, excellent pools, really lovely environment. Staff very smiley, polite and helpful. Almost faultless. They arranged taxis as needed. Spa was also wonderful. However….. Bottle of water 1L cost £6-7, air con hugely noisy, bed very uncomfortable, staff v e r y s l o w to serve drinks / food once ordered. It’s a new set-up so I have no doubt it will improve.」

「Amazing location! Very close to “Jemaa el- Fnaa”! Rooftop restaurant was great! Great food and entertainment in the evening. Staff were very helpful. They prepared breakfast to go for our early excursion. Since we had to leave the hotel at 7:15am. Recommend packing shower shoes. AC is located only in the smaller room with a single/twin bed so it was too warm to sleep for the rest in the bigger room with the king bed and the additional single/ twin bed.」

「I enjoyed my stay at Riad Lai Ou Lik very much. The owner and the staff made my stay extra special. Marrakech is a busy city so it’s nice to settle in to a clean, quiet, and comfortable room after a day full of activities. The pool was a perfect place to soak after hiking and long walks. The breakfast is the best I had in Morocco. I highly recommend staying at this special Riad. 」

「Best stay we have had so far on all our visits to Marrakesh over the years. The complex is surrounded by the most beautiful well kept lush gardens which added to the whole relaxed feel of the hotel. Of course it’s remote, but most are, however I feel that’s better so you can dip in and out of the busy sights and Medinas if you want and free shuttle anyway or cheap taxis all day. 「It was a nice stay overall. Excellent location where I could visits all the spots on foot. The staffs there were nice and helpful. The room was clean (just the light was a bit dim). I enjoyed the breakfast on the rooftop very much. By the way, the tax charge stated on Hotel.com was incorrect MAD19.8 per person night, but turned out MAD30 instead) which made me a bit confused during check-out. Kindly amend the information. 」
