「Very mixed review, since some aspects were great and some not so much! the check-in was arduous, instead of just being told the truth that our room was not ready, and given a realistic time to come back, we were strung along and moved from place to place, it was very hard with kids after a long journey. The check-out was also lengthy and frustrating for no reason. The pool towel policy is pathetic, childish and frankly embarrassing. We couldn't work out where to get them from, where to...

「Hotel sehr sauber und gepflegt. Äußerst freundliches Personal. Unser Zimmer lag zum Hinterhof und hatte keine schöne Aussicht und die Tür zum "Balkon" war defekt und konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden. Zudem waren an 3 von 6 Nächten das Personal ab 4Uhr im Hinterhof und haben Glasflaschen transportiert/sortiert und das für rund 30-40 Minuten. Hier hat sich auch trotz "Beschwerde" nichts geändert. Daher sollte an dieser Seite ein Zimmer vermieden werden! Ansonsten sehr schöne Gartenanlage und...

「Questo è un Riad nel nome e nell'aspetto. Ma nella sostanza è un albergo. Pulizia estrema, camere pulite ogni giorno, colazione super, personale di una cortesia, disponibilità e simpatia estrema, piscina meravigliosa (occhio, non è riscaldata, peccato).. Cosa volere di più? Rapporto qualità prezzo mostruoso. Se torneremo ad Essaouira, sicuramente Riad Tammam sarà la nostra scelta! Grazie di tutto. 」

「The riad had just opened around two weeks when we checked in. It is beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. The friendly owner was there every day to meet guests and asked for feedback. Don't miss the rooftop garden to enjoy sunshine. The swimming pool water temperature is 30 in Feb so those who like to swim in a riad can do so. An English-speaking man would wait for guests at the nearest gate and take them to the riad. Highly recommend this riad. 」

「We had a pool-view room which was lovely and spacious. Staff were very friendly. There was a good variety of food on offer for all-inclusive, and the food was of good quality. The only disappointment we had was realising that you had to pay to use the indoor pool (about £20pp per hour). I had not seen any mention of this when booking. Unfortunately we were unlucky with the weather and it was cold and rained for the 3 days we were there (Jan 2026), meaning we could not use the outdoor pool. ...
