“When we arrived (3 adults) the king suite was not how it looked in the photos. That aside; the fan (A/C) in the main room did not work at all. The TV didn't work and was replaced twice. The pull out bed was much more uncomfortable than they usually are. I tried to call the front desk; the phone didn't work. The room had an odor to it. We switched rooms to a double queen. Abby at the desk was very helpful in moving us. In the new room; the iron was unusable because someone ironed somthing that……

“It was really helpful that my pets were able to stay for free and they even allowed for a later check out on the last day so that I could complete my work trip and pick up the dogs and then head home. The first two days were rocky because I couldn’t get a decent night sleep due to excessive noise from 217 that appears to live there but other than that, they changed my room after the second night and I was able to get a good nights rest and plenty of peace and quiet, which was amazing. “Quiet, well-maintained property with great amenities: good size fridge, microwave, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, soap, shampoo & conditioner, bars on walls for seniors in shower & tub, and coffee in the lobby. Would absolutely return!”

“We stayed at the Sylvan Park Boarding House in Nashville this weekend, and y’all…what a find! First of all, the location. We loved Sylvan Park. So many great restaurants nearby, sidewalks and bike lanes, mature trees, green space—it felt like an actual neighborhood instead of just a place tourists sleep between trips downtown. We could walk out the door and go somewhere good to eat, then come back and sit on the big front porch for a while, which we did. Several times. And the boarding house……

“TV did not work. Picked up the phone to call front desk and it did not work. Very nice man restarted the Direct TV box (which we tried) said he would see what he could do but never came back. Saturday in October, would be kinda nice to have a TV”

“The location was convenient but the property was less than desirable. I would not stay here again. The bed sheets were dirty, the room felt stuffy and smelled stale. The coffee maker didn’t work for the breakfast and the front desk was under staffed.”

“TV didn't work properly, faucet in the sink was loose, toilet seat was taped together and the walls were very thin. But the price was right, the location was okay, and nobody messed with my truck or room”

“The property was filthy - I mean the walls were dirty . The bathroom was filthy, the shower looked stained. Dead bugs in the bathroom and main room. The bed blocked the bathroom door, so the bed was shifted at a slant to be able to use the door. The headboard was stripped of the trim , leaving exposed areas of glue and debris. The floors were dirty , littered with bugs. The room reeked like Nag Champa incense, the smell was so strong it was nauseating. I was also propositioned in the parking……
