"Rooms were spacious and there is lots of room. Only one parking space on the sidewalk in front of the house in case you have two cars. The actual address is 219BIS, not 221 as listed on VRBO so that you can more easily find it. There is NO AC in case you were wondering but the house did cool down after dark. The roof windows were full of bees with one having a large hive, so keep those closed. Very clean and stocked well! Worked well for our large family of 10."

The property manager was trying their best to help me and was quick to respond! The building is older, so meds are needed if you are allergic to mold or mildew and the drains didn't really work anywhere in the studio. "The hotel is modern and clean, but expect only the minimum basics. It was tucked away in a corner where you had to go through an alley to find, and any sort of restaurant or grocery was a bit of a walk or a drive. The hotel was advertised as "sound proof", but we heard the next room's alarm go off in the morning (for example). The room we had for three people was a tight fit. We chose this place based on rate, and you certainly get what you pay for."
