Spiaggia privata e attrezzata, mare fantastico.

The staff are your biggest asset special mention to Reception staff Ahmad,Jermeen and Rowan Restaurant staff,,,Hazem,Emad,Karim,Ahmed,Seif and Maysan. Each and every member of your staff could not do enough for us with that beautiful Egyptian smile and hospitality. They went over and above their duties and nothing was too much, The rooms were modern and clean bathroom was modern and clean, Special mention also to Azza. We were a group with 5 rooms booked and every single person was very impressed with the level of service we received. Marvellous Holiday, I have really enjoyed every moment of my vacation although this was my first time to visit Marsah Matrouh. I want to thank Mr Mohamed Ahmed for the quick and easy check in and check out processes. Also, I want to thank Mr Ahmed Magdy, the duty manager for his friendly welcoming and, last but not least, I’d like to thank Mr Hisahm Fahmy , the head chief for the delicious dinner he used to cook ever evening. I really enjoyed the beach a lot and my daughter had a lot of fun.

The facility was nice in general, especially the staff who are always willing to please and help. Cleanliness could have been much better. The sea was amazing and having two beaches is a big plus. Surrounding areas are not the best in terms of cleaning and quietness. Music depends on the personal taste, so cannot really complain about it. But, it was pretty loud in most cases. In general, it was good experience for me and my family.

Five ★★★★★ My stay at Triumph White Sands was nothing short of magical. The combination of stunning location, exceptional service, luxurious accommodation, and a wealth of activities made it the perfect beachfront retreat. I left feeling rejuvenated and with wonderful memories of my time there. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable beach vacation. We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the exceptionally friendly staff for making us feel truly at home. Special thank you to our honorable host the hotel manager for going above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of extraordinary. Nagla, the guest experience specialist, and the talented team of chefs who prepared our exquisite 5-star meals, chefs Hesham Fahmy, El Sweissy and Mohammed , your exceptional service is truly appreciated. The warm hospitality we experienced at Marsa Matruh is a testament to the welcoming nature of its people. We are grateful to have been made to feel like part of the family during our stay. We will surely return to this little slice of heaven, and we look forward to reuniting with you all soon, In sha Allah.
