This spacious brand new modern apartment is the perfect choice for friends and family with up to 6 persons who would like both to be in the heart of the village and at the same time have privacy. This apartment is located a stone throw away from various restaurants, bars, groceries, pharmacies, bus stops and from the long beautiful promenade of Marsascala.

Apartment is brand new finished with the highest standards, having a front balcony directly overlooking the sea where guests can enjoy a glass of wine whilst appreciating the wonderful sea view.

Apartment is fully airconditioned and fully equipped. It consists of 2 bedrooms, ensuite bathroom, main bathroom, three balconies, three seater sofa. Unlimited internet wifi connection is through out all apartment.

positiv: Blick auf die Buch von einem tollen Balkon Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe Lidl 5 km entfernt Wohnung groß, mit viel Platz und viel Stauraum weiche Betten Waschmaschine und Pods großer Kühlschrank mit großem Gefrierfach 2 Bäder Küche mit Backofen Möglichkeit Wäsche aufzuhängen auf extra Balkon Lage und Entfernung zum Bus viele Lichtquellen der Müll wurde vom Vermieter entsorgt (in Malta gelten bestimmte Abholtage für versch. Müllsorten) Wir hätten uns gewünscht: bessere Preistransparenz keine plötzliche Verteuerung um 50 % als 2 Personen mehr anreisen wollten bessere Beschreibung der Wohnung Garderobe und Schuhablage im Flur Zweitschlüssel Information, dass fewo-direct = vrbo ist (dann hätten wir nicht gebucht) dass die angegeben Goodies der ursprünglichen Beschreibung (vor Preiserhöhung) zutreffen: wenn angeboten wird in der Beschreibung, dass es zur Begrüßung Lebensmittel gibt, dann sollte das auch gewährleistet sein Was es noch zu sagen gibt: 2 Balkone zum Hinterhof kann man nicht als 2 weitere Balkone "verkaufen" der Hinterhof war die Abluft der Pizzeria - der Duft steigt Di. - So. ins Schlafzimmer plus weitere Gerüche, die eher unangenehm waren, dazu kommen laute Lüftungsgeräusche bis Mitternacht unangenehmer Geruch im Bad trotz Dauerlüftung Die 2 Schneidemesser in der Küche müssen dringend geschliffen werden.

The advertised apt is accurate in its description. Management was fast to respond to our requests; The view is very nice from the balcony and it was a convenient location for restaurants and shopping. But the apt had a very strong sewer smell especially in the bathroom and main bedroom. Beside that our stay was pleasant.

Lovely Apartment nice quiet area

A very nicely presented modern apartment in a nice area. The host is very helpful and easy to contact. So you have a lovely harbor view off your balcony, nice to sit in the evenings and watch the world go by. Or you could go to one of bars or restaurants close by, they all serve good food, but big portions. Recommend Tiffany's across the road from the main church. Buses are close by to go places, you can buy an explorer ticket which is great value, you can go anywhere any time on that. Thank you Justine for a pleasant stay, we may well book again.

Best location to visit Malta!

The apartment was as described, large and well equipped. The balcony has a great view of the bay and was wonderful to have breakfast or dinner. Justine, the owner, was prompt to answer any of our requests. The location was great, near the bus stop, restaurants, convenience stores and swimming area. What else do you want! Many thanks to Justine and her family for everything.
