Holiday Home 'Maison Entre Mers Et Vignes' with Shared Pool, Private Terrace and Air Conditioning

The holiday home Maison entre Mers et Vignes is located in Marseillan and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The 54 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning as well as a washing machine. In addition, a table tennis table is available for your use. This accommodation does not offer: Wi-Fi and towels. This vacation rental offers a private outdoor space with a covered terrace and a barbecue.

Guests enjoy access to a refreshing shared pool (open from 9 am to 9 pm, June to September), ideal for warm days.

This vacation home is located next to the Etang de Thau, a 5-minute walk from the historic town center and 5 km from the local beaches. There is a bus stop nearby with routes in the direction of more beaches and Sète.

A parking space is available on the property, and free parking is available on the street.

Families with children are welcome.

Only 1 pet is allowed (for a fee).

Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.

This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste. More information is provided on site.

Late check-in after 6 pm is possible for an extra fee.
