Great stay in Cassis

This was a beautiful property. Huge house, well equipped and set up, clean and spacious, extraordinary views, magnificent pool area, beautiful rooms with ensuites. Wonderful spot!

A wonderful property

Karine and Jean-Louis' house is a real home, full of books and art and thoughtful details. The AC worked perfectly in what turned out to be a heat wave, and the pool is a delight. Kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. We didn't rent a car but managed fine without as there is a grocery store, bakery, greengrocer and small supermarket within walking distance. We did not mind the walk uphill for town, but you can find an Uber or a taxi if you do. Highly recommend.

Amazing villa quick walk to center of the village!

We had a wonderful week long business trip and chose this villa for the bedrooms and proximity to the restaurants and shops near the marina. Communication was excellent with our hosts meeting is at the security gate. The villa has secure parking which is also a bonus as there are not many spaces in town. Our villa was well equipped with towels, great kitchen accessories, and everything you need for a good stay. We messaged the owner about one small thing and he replied immediately. The air conditioning was great. It only took us about 7-8 minutes to walk to the marina. Overall this was an amazing place that I recommend highly.

Property is perfectly situated to wander down to the port and has a wonderful Boulangerie just up the road for daily fresh bread and croissants. We cycled most days into the hills and around the area. Jean-Louis was very responsive during the booking process and throughout our stay if we had questions about the villa.

Wonderful villa in fabulous location

The villa was perfect. Well equipped, cool, lots of outside space on different levels to find sun and shade at different times of the day and the most fabulous view. Great location in Cassis, peaceful but only a 10 minute walk to the port, shops and restaurants. The owners are charming and very helpful with some great suggestions for day's out.

Awesome Stay

The house was amazing! The views from every floor were incredible, and the pool was so great. We used it multiple times each day. It was so refreshing after our walks back from town. The town was a short 7-10 min walk, and full of the most beautiful beaches and amazing little shops and eateries. We absolutely loved our time in Casis and would definitely rent this home again.

Beautiful and Convenient Location

We spent the last week of June and our first week abroad in this beautiful, modern, impeccably maintained home. The views are spectacular and the outdoor spaces are wonderfully set up for relaxation and taking in the amazing views of Cassis. The owner took the time to explain everything to us and gave us some excellent tips for seeing the sights and relaxing at the beach. Close to a bakery, pharmacy and greengrocer and a 950 meter walk to the port and its restaurants. We hope to have another opportunity to stay at this lovely home.

Perfect villa in Cassis

We had the most wonderful holiday in the villa. We travelled as a family of 6 - 4 adults and 2 children. The villa is perfect for all ages. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything anyone could need. We spent most days by the pool which was cleaned weekly for us. The town is a 10 minute walk away and is full of beautiful restaurants and bars. There are stunning views of cassis from the kitchen terrace which is where we ate all of our meals. The owners were very quick in replying to any questions we had and were so kind to leave a bottle of champagne in the fridge which was a very welcome surprise for our arrival. We will definitely be returning to this fabulous place. Many thanks for a perfect holiday.

Villa K6 is a fantastic Villa which I would happily recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Cassis

The villa is very well situated, only a short walk from the centre of Cassis (around ten minutes) and less than five minutes away from a small food court of shops (vegetables and fruit, traiteur and a great boulangerie). The villa is very nicely furnished inside, everything is very simple and spacious , yet has all of the facilities that one may need while on holiday. The pool area is fantastic and offers shades in different areas as the sun change position. Great bedrooms, great kitchen lounge area and there is a really nice roof terrace with terrific views of Cassis. The owners were incredibly helpful, answering any queries we had and even going to the efffort of purchasing/dropping off a new blu ray player for our stay (as the old one was no longer operational). This was a very nice thing to do and made us feel very well looked after. The house really feels like a home from home. One of our favourite things about the villa were the small and interesting decorations: around the house there are many cool items / art pieces such as painted rock, cardboard bird on the wall, hand made string decorations in the pool area, glass vases full of shells, pictures, Art Deco chair, etc... these make the villa unique and interesting (giving it the impression of a genuinely enjoyable place to live rather than the usual nice yet bland aesthetic/ feeling than most villa rentals give off), and would likely be enjoyed a lot by any children. It was a lot of fun to try and find al of these interesting decorative touches (we were still finding new things on our last day). The villa has three very comfortable bedrooms, all equipped with a great bathroom and the whole house has excellent air conditioning (which we found very pleasant during our stay in the warmest June on record). One of our other favourite aspects of the Villa was the outdoor terrace outside the kitchen. This is lovely and is one of the many outdoor eating options the villa has. We spent almost every morning and evening of our stay there. Overall we found the villa to be fantastic and had a great time during our stay. It is unique, well equipped and extremely comfortable. We believe a stay in this villa is worth every penny and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in renting a villa in Cassis.

Wundervolle Woche mit Traumblick

Wir haben die Privatsphäre dieses schönen Hauses mit gut temperiertem Pool sehr genossen. Blick von allen Ebenen wundervoll. Neue Beete und alte Bäume sind mit Bedacht kombiniert und sind sehr gepflegt. Sie vermitteln einen unerwartet grünen Eindruck im trockenen Südfrankreich. Wonderful seaview house with pool, close to shops and Cassis centre

Almost perfect house, beautifully decorated, very clean, 10m pool, 3 good size bedrooms, each with its bathroom, nice brand new kitchen. Lots of seating areas. Everything worked well, we had no issues. Very sympathetic owner. Easy check-in and checkout.

Second time even better

Finally managed to get our second stay after Covid. Fabulous holiday and the villa is still fantastic. The changes done have improved it even further and add more entertaining space inside. Weather was excellent, owners as friendly and accommodating as ever and we had another fantastic stay.. We will be looking to visit again next year.

Wonderful holiday in Cassis

We were thrilled with the house. The views from each level are spectacular. We were there last week in April and the pool was heated and we swam every day, although the air temperature was cool for first few days. The pool is beautiful. There are plenty of different areas to eat outside, and the main sitting area is very spacious, It was literally five minutes walk up to a great butcher/fishmonger, boulangerie and wonderful organic local green grocer. About 7 minutes down into town - bit longer walking up with a 2 year old!. Jean-Louis super kind and responsive. We had a really great stay.

Tolle Zeit in Cassis

Aufenthalt im April 2022 für eine Woche, vierköpfige Familie. Wirklich sehr schönes, gut eingerichtetes Haus, wie auf den Bildern bereits zu vermuten, alles entspricht der Beschreibung. Das Haus befindet sich am Ortsrand in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, der Hafen und damit das Zentrum des Ortes sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die große Dachterasse mit grandiosem Ausblick ist sicherlich das Highlight, schöner Pool, der jetzt im Frühjahr sogar beheizt war. Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt zum Vermieter (Liebe Grüße!), der uns auch mit guten Tips für die Umgebung versorgt hat. Es gibt nichts Negatives zu berichten, wir kommen gerne zurück.
