GOOD PRİCE GOOD PERFORMANCE

The hotel is in a very good location. We stayed very comfortably as a family of 3. It is close to the metro and tourist attractions and is not tiring in terms of location. The reception is very attentive, it could be a little better in terms of cleanliness. Would I recommend it, yes.

Great staff/ Smelly hotel

The hotel corrider smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke day and night and it seeped into my room. Someone was clearly smoking in their room. There were no smoke alarms in the rooms. The staff however were exceptionally helpful on my two night stay. But I would not stay here again.

Helpful staff but room stunk of smoke

Reception was very helpful, especially with parking with parking. There is a gated carpark outside but it was full by the time we arrived in the evening. There is an underground car park but it was very tight for our larger SUV type car to get in. We did get in but if you have a larger car it's worth arriving early. The room, despite all rooms being non smoking, stunk of smoke.

Very disappointing

Good evening, we spent three nights in this hotel, two of which were almost sleepless. Our son had a sports competition and the hotel didn't even want to understand what we were going through. We asked upon our arrival not to charge us breakfast for Monday morning because we were leaving very early, the Blu Visconti hotel still charged us for the three breakfasts.

Faulty air conditioning units and flooding in room

Did not sleep well during the first night's stay as the room was too hot. In fact the air conditioning unit had leaked all over the floor and on my suitcase (and the contents). When I spoke to reception they gave me a towel, Only after insisting was I given a new room. The air conditioning unit also leaked in the new room, causing a large flood in the bathroom. I therefore had to vacate this room too which was complicated due to a wet suitcase and an array of wet clothing. I was not offered a refund or any compensation for the inconvenience or for the fact that all my suitcase/clothes were soaking wet and no formal apology given. Would definitely not recommend!

Accueil au top, personnel sympathique de jour et de nuit. La chambre est propre et les draps et serviettes aussi! Le seul bémol c’est que ça sent le renfermé je pense à cause de la moquette dans les couloirs.. il vaut mieux opter pour du parquet ou carrelage plus sains ! À part cela merci pour l’accueil nous avons passé 2 nuits impeccables ☺️
