Unfortunately, my stay here was quite disappointing. Both the room and the communal areas were infested with mosquitoes and other insects. The room felt as though it was falling apart — cracks and stains on the walls, worn-out carpets, and an overall shabby appearance that resembled a cheap motel more than a hotel. The surrounding area offered very limited dining options, and many of the nearby cafes were frequented exclusively by men, which made it uncomfortable to enter, let alone sit and eat. On the positive side, the staff were polite and the bed was quite comfortable. The hotel is also within a short walk of the old port and the nicer parts of Marseille.

Great Mercure hotel, room was large enough for our 3 night stay. Staff super friendly and helpful. You can walk to all the restaurants at the port and Galleries Layfette and shopping centre attached to hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location and amazing comfort

In the city centre, less than 10 min walking to the Vieux Port. Extremely comfortable bed, nice shower with Nuxe shower gel, decent room size. Breakfast was also very good, with delicious local cheeses and lots of options. Will definitely stay here again when in Marseille.

The parking was offsite and when I couldn't find it after a very long day driving a male member of staff was very dismmissive of my problem. On leaving I found my car had been broken in to and when I reported this a female staff member said I had parked on the wrong level and dissmissed the event as nothing to do with them. later that day a different female staff member did help with my situation. Overall, they could indeed SHOULD have offered more assistance to our situation

This was great hotel for our first visit to Marseille. It was centrally located. It’s close to great neighborhoods (Panier, Vieux Port, Noallies, and Cours Julien) — all are within walking distance. The staff were nice (the man working the front gave us a good a good restaurant recommendation). The room was spacious and clean. The building was quiet which allowed us a good night sleep after a long day exploring the city and its amazing history and street art. I would highly recommend this hotel for a first visit to Marseille.

Hôtel correct dans son ensemble mais la dame préposée à l’enregistrement aura été d’une extrême incorrection et d’une humeur particulièrement désagréable. Incroyable !! Je suis un fidèle client de Mercure mais ce que j’ai vécu dans cet hôtel au moment de l’enregistrement est très peu appréciable. Cette dame ne mérite de Mercure.

Très mauvaise expérience au service client.

Impossible d’obtenir ma facture par téléphone malgré l’urgence. On me demande d’envoyer un mail sans aucune considération, et on me raccroche au nez quand je demande à parler à un responsable. Inadmissible pour un hôtel de ce standing. Cliente régulière, je suis choquée par ce manque total de professionnalisme.

Un quatre étoiles! Absolument pas .Salle de bain avec douche sans vitres, impossible de prendre une douche sans en mettre de l’eau partout.J’ai réclamé un fer à repasser à plusieurs reprises , j’ai pas réussi à l’avoir (séjour de 3 nuits). Bref, j’ai été mieux servie dans des hotels deux étoiles.

Jättefint hotell, suverän utsikt. Omöjligt att hitta till. Fick gå runt 3/4-delar av hotellet och gå igenom ett ganska otryggt område för att hitta rätt. Tog ca 30 minuter. På dagtid kan man gå igenom ett köpcentra, också det svårt att hitta.

Tive problemas com chuveiro no primeiro dia e tivemos que trocar de quarto. Na saída o cofre não funcionou e passaporte e outros valores ficaram sem ser retirados. Manutenção inicialmente não conseguiu abrir o cofre e só conseguiram isto as 4 da manhã, o que prejudicou meu descanso.

Otelin yeri çok güzel, eski limana yakın, lobide güzel bir bar/cafe oturma alanı var, resepsiyon çalışanlar oldukça güler yüzlü ve yardımcı. Otel katlarında muhtemelen yerlerdeki eski halılardan dolayı koku var. Kaldığımız odada ısıtma / soğutma merkezi havalandırma zayıf çalışıyordu ama haftasonu diye kontrol edemediler, teknik personel yok haftasonları. Oda havadar değildi. Temizlik haftasonuna denk gelince aksıyor. Genel anlamda limana yakın orta seviye bütçesi ile kısa süreli 1-3 gün tercih edilebilir.
