“Our family group of 15 from Ireland spent 5 days at this beautiful bastide in July 2025. The facilities are excellent for a large group, with three fridges and two dishwashers and bbq. The accomodation was spotlessly clean and plenty of hot water in each bathroom. The pool was perfect, and again very clean and not over chlorinated. Parking space in the outer building was very good in the hot weather. The location is lovely and peaceful and very private. We would highly recommended this property……

“The apartment was good and very well laid out. The only problem was a very musty smell in the toilet and wash room.it was also a bit noisy. I would recommend it for its proximity to the town and the value that it gives, but my only hesisation would be due to the communication with the manager. The entry code never arrived the day before and in fact I along with another client were left standing outside the building trying to get the code from the owner. I had rang him twice already that morning……

“Perfectly positioned,lovely property, easy walking to both the old city and the modern one. Access to supermarkets(by car) and small shops by foot. Martine obviously lives her home, as a host she was perfect, available if needed but not intrusive. The pool is a big plus if you have teenagers. ”

L'extérieur est très bien, mention spéciale pour le "coin piscine" qui est particulièrement agréable ! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, et les relations avec l'hôte et la personne qui nous a accueilli ont été très fluides. ”

“We stayed for couple of nights and would highly recommend it to anyone who would like to visit Carcassonne. Great location, close to shops, restaurants and train station. The castle is about 15-20 minutes walk through charming streets and the old bridge which is a pedestrian bridge. This bridge is also possibly the best viewing point and photo opportunity. Richard and Helen were very kind, on our arrival a bottle of red wine greeted us at the apartment. Very thoughtful. Thank you!”

“Logement en sous niveau d’une bâtisse ancienne au bord de la rivière dans un village calme et paisible.Le logement est équipé comme il faut pour passer un agréable séjour.Sean, l’hôte, est discret et d’une extrême gentillesse.Se lever, prendre son café au son du ruissellement de l’eau en bouquinant. Rien de mieux pour se réveiller tranquillement.La commune est peu vivante, mais à quelques minutes de voiture, il y a tant de chose à voir. Circuit pédestre, lac de montagne, grotte, etc…La ville de……

“Résidence calme et très bien entretenue. Beaux lauriers en fleurs, lavande... Epicerie/bar symphatique Village Olonzac et son marché le mardi matin - artisanal - très agréable - A pieds à travers les vignes depuis la résidence (environ 7km A/R) Ballade autour de la résidence au milieu des oliviers, lacs et le long du Canal du Midi - Magnifique Belles ballades à vélo possible également Séjour de 5 jours...pas assez long car région très riche de choses à faire/voir. J'y retournerai pour……
