“My wife has been coming to Oglebay for the majority of her life and for her it’s become a tradition to visit. I have only been to the property twice and although I think it is very nice, improvements need to be made: 1. Both the indoor and outdoor pools need to be refurbished IMMEDIATELY! Both are gross! “We grew up in Wheeling and needed a place to stay for a family reunion. This house worked well for 5 of us. It is a quaint victorian style house in a quiet little neighborhood. The wood work is beautiful and the house is cozy, we loved the front porch! The host answers messages promptly. We do have to say that the house could use a deep clean. The baseboards need dusted and some vacuuming needs done. The stove was not clean, but luckily we didn't need to use it. Also the listing says 2……

“Room was okay but no locks from inside was little uncomfortable.only one shared Bathroom and that was outside the bedroom. Entrance was not good temporary steps still under construction. Was hard for my husband to go up and down.”
