10/10 Excellent

"This hotel offers so much with your stay, and I would absolutely reserve here again. The staff was amazing — so polite, accommodating, and welcoming. The hospitality was honestly top-tier, and other hotels could definitely take pointers from this place on how to treat guests. I also want to add that I made one call regarding my room and my service dog, and Chin was absolutely wonderful. There were no issues at all, and everything was handled with kindness and professionalism. Shout-out to Chin and everyone else who helped me during my stay. Between the great service, everything included, and how well we were treated, all I can say is this hotel was great in almost every way. Highly recommend!"

Comfort Inn Paducah I-24

2/10 Terrible

"So disappointed! After having stayed at Comfort Inn 2xs in the past few weeks- this was a step in the wrong direction! It started with an overflowing outside garbage can. The scented air freshener was over the top everywhere. The beds were hard and light flowed in from the hallway through the locked door. There were no working ice machines. There was no working vending machines I had to go across the street to buy ice. The breakfast was similar to my other recent stays but the service waitress. A kid with Afro hair about 6 inches long wiped his hair out of his face while he had a spatula in his other hand making eggs. The pool was like a sauna. Hard to be in the enclosed pool for more than 5 minutes. Ancient furnishings and not great AC. The front desk helpful but frequently not available. I’m so disappointed."

"Well we really enjoyed the stay until my husband put their Wi-Fi password into his phone and then last night made a purchase. This morning 2589.00 was stolen out of my account. I went to my bank immediately crying and freaking out! Apparently the WiFi password was compromised and they were able to get access to my card. I have contacted hostess with no response. I suggest to EVERYONE INCLUDING MY HUSBAND TO NEVER EVER USE ANYONES WIFI EVER!!!!! And I left the cabin in very good condition like we found it. I was worried about following the clean up and rules to the tee and Im the one that got screwed! I paid for a nice vacation and ended up in this disaster!!!!!"
