“We enjoyed our weekend for a volleyball tournament. We had 4 adults and 5 teenage girls. They loved the upstairs movie room & enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed eating supper and relaxing in the evenings at this lovely place with a beautiful lake view.”

“We had a great stay. The house was just as described. The owner said there would be no coffee or other spices and there was a TON of coffee and spices. The house is not near any town, so stock up on what you need on the way in. The view of the lake could not have been better.”

“.Despite the cloudy and rainy last two days, the weather was perfect for our stay. The owners couldn’t have been more gracious and accommodating, bringing us a new Keurig coffee maker within an hour of mentioning the fact that we didn’t have coffee for breakfast. They also sent a maintenance person to tighten the toilet seats while we were gone! Couldn’t have been a better experience! Would have liked to use the porch a little more, but it was the beginning of the summer and they still had not……

It is set up well as a VBRO, easy to access and well stocked. The host was great on communincation and helpful in every way. If you need a semi-remote location in East Texas with room to spread out, this is the one!”

“My family enjoyed our stay. This is a beautiful home. At first glance it looks small, but once you walk inside, it is so spacious and set up so nicely. The entry to the backyard from the master bedroom is a nice touch morning coffee was so nice. I Most definitely would love to stay here again.”

“Property is just as described. The porch over the water is serene. Fish weren't biting, the area is slightly flooded, but a very relaxing getaway. The bed is comfortable. Everything you need for cooking is available, just bring your groceries and don't forget the coffee. The town of Jefferson is nearby with nice restaurants and plenty of antique shops.”
