“Staying at this rental was a wonderful experience. We are a picky bunch but this place was clean to our standards with no musty or chemical smells. The place is beautifully decorated, the views of the water are stunning, and the beds are comfortable. To top it off, check in and out instructions were clear and concise. At check-out, no ten-step chore list like some hosts make you do was very much appreciated and made for a quick and easy process so we had more time to enjoy our stay. Would……

“Pamela was great in communication. She left a welcome Basket with some bottled coca-cola and some chips which I greatly appreciated. It was so nice. The place was really clean. As well as dog friendly which I appreciated. Will definitely be in contact to stay in the future. ”

“Another wonderful week in Davis............despite a few days of unsettled weather. This was our 3rd stay at Sound Escape. The house was excellent as usual, and we really enjoy the peace and quiet of the area. Lost to see and do in and around Davis if you're willing to drive a bit. We love this place !!! ”
