“The host was quick with communication and the property is beautiful. Backyard butts up against the channel so you can see the sunsets and boats passing through. Very lovely and highly recommend.”

Hope, Charm or Walnut Creek. My sister and adult daughter love to get away there for a girls retreat. Eli is a wonderful host. It is very clean and comfortable and has a hot tub! The goats are a bonus.”

“Went for our anniversary to visit Amish Country and have some time together alone. Was a beautiful place just like the pictures. Was worried at first because of it being in someone’s basement but turned out to be perfect for us. The owners checked in on us by text to make sure we had everything we needed. “My college friends and stayed here for a short weekend trip. It was a very nice and clean house. The property manager stayed in communication and was very helpful. We also hiked at Cuyahoga Valley NP which is only about 25-30 minutes away from the house. Over all we had a great experience and we would stay there again in the future!”

“We've stayed at many Vrbo and other properties. This was one of the nicest ones by far. We're used to bringing soaps, TP, garbage bags,etc but this house was fully stocked. Dan really thought of everything! There were even dog bowls and a leash! I noticed too that many of the property owners keeps decorations to a bare minimum, out of fear of theft I'm guessing. Not so here. There were decorative vases, pictures, chatchkies, even a large light up globe -- all of which i really appreciated. Good……

“We enjoyed our stay. The cottage was nicely decorated and very clean. We had what we needed to cook and be comfortable there. The back yard was so beautiful and we enjoyed relaxing on the deck. There was lots of wild life surrounding the lake - we even observed a Bald Eagle - the provided binoculars helped too. We were close to the Ohio to Erie bike path and enjoyed riding bikes into Akron. The host communicated well and we had a very relaxing time.”

“The location is ideal, near many trails, restaurants, and microbreweries. The owners are very kind and provide a very clean and safe home to share with others. The water cooler in the dining room is a big plus, especially after nice long hikes on one of the nearby trails. My daughter and her family live in the area, and we had plenty of space to visit in the living room and share some meals in the dining room. The most favorable thing I can say about my stay is this: I look forward to coming……

“We had a fine stay. The house was as described. It was pleasant and nicely appointed. The kids enjoyed playing on the piano. We all enjoyed hearing the clop, clop of the horses pulling buggies each morning and evening.”

“We stayed here to go to Cuyahoga National park. It was great to be able to take our boys (dogs) and have a fenced in yard. There were cute themes to the rooms and the place was plenty big. There was also plenty of entertainment available and lots of other things to do in the area. We did not pay for the extra room so it was a little odd having an locked off room attached to us and it would have been nice to access the fence from directly inside of the house had we gotten that extra room--but it……

“Loved my stay and staff was fantastic. I disliked the blue doors to the rooms, showed scratches and reminded me of my college dorm rooms, but once in the room it was fantastic and the staff was wonderful. Highly recommend .”
