「I expected much better service from a Hilton property. After checking in, I was told my luggage would be delivered to my room shortly. Instead, I had to wait 8 hours before my bags finally arrived. This was completely unacceptable and caused a great deal of inconvenience, especially after a long journey. Despite contacting the front desk multiple times, the response was slow and there was no sense of urgency or proper follow-up. This experience fell far below the standards I expect from Hilton...

「Bel hôtel, extrêmement propre et récent, situé tout à l’est de la ville de Tanger. Vue à couper le souffle sur la Méditerranée. Terasse panoramique en bord de mer. 「Maison d'hôtes très agréable, propre avec un service très efficace. Le seul inconvénient s'il en est un, c'est son accessibilité si vous y arrivez en taxi. Les chauffeurs ne savent pas où se trouve l'adresse un peu compliquée à repérer. Aussi, cette maison d'hôtes se trouve proche d'une évacuation d'égouts et les odeurs peuvent être désagréables. 」

「The views were amazing from the hotel. It was a peaceful place to stay away from all the noise of being at a hotel resort in Tangier. The pools have amazing views. The place is very family friendly, but also very enjoyable for couples as well. Restaurant was very close. Less than a 2 minute walk.」
