"The location was lovely, with beautiful and relaxing hot spring fed pools and a great spa area for treatments. the apartment was adequate but the furniture and kitchen applicances coud be better. The sofa was not comfortable as it was old and had the cushion worn out; the kitchen needs a coffee maker and a few more hand tools; it would be nice to have salt and pepper; oil and vinegar; and paper towels on hand. we had to buy all those things for a short four day stay. "

"Everything was absolutely perfect. While the walk to and from the property was a bit challenging for a traveler with heavy luggage, the warm-hearted people of Orvieto helped me so much that I felt nothing but happiness throughout my stay. I truly felt the 'power of space' here. Thanks to the delicious breakfast and the incredibly kind host, my first trip to Italy was truly unforgettable. I will definitely be staying here again! "
