“What a wonderful stay of respite, with a calm and quaint atmosphere and the accommodating and always gracious, funny, and attentive hosts, Harrison and Caitlin made our stay extra special!”

“The hosts were awesome and very responsive and I’m so happy I found this house. Three good sized bedrooms and a nicely stocked kitchen. That is the up side. The down side is that the house is very old and I think it’s kind of falling apart. Also, I kind of think that the neighborhood is a little rough but honestly probably perfectly safe because it is such a little town. You will need to bring paper towels and toilet paper. Paper towels because there were none and toilet paper because the house……

“Nice comfortable convenient almost new hotel. Our room was spacious - had a nice open 4th floor country view. The breakfast was excellent and the employees super nice.. I’d rather have had a blanket than the heavy comforter - but I’d definitely stay there again.”

“We LOVED this place! It’s very roomy and clean! It was stocked with EVERYTHING you could possibly need for an overnight stay! It was very quiet (once the fireworks from the July 4th parties settled down) but we LOVED it! I would give MORE stars if I could!”

“Was decent for a stay with dogs. The room was clean & smelled great. Bed was comfy. Coffee pot in the room would not work. There was a lot of trash in the grass & it needing a good mowing but I would still stay there again. ”

“This place did the trick for an overnight stay. It was actually very clean. We had booked a room with 2 beds and when we checked in, our room only had one bed. They quickly changed us out. The air conditioner worked perfectly and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. We've stayed in Chanute several times between our travels between Omaha and Tulsa but this is the first time at this motel. We will definitely come back again. ”

“We were in room 108 the only thing wrong was that the plug ins on the lamp don’t work ”
